The staff were very friendly, including the lady who owns the place who was only too happy to help! It was a lovely experience of a small town in Italy. The room was comfortable and as pictured. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is located a short distance to other restaurants which the locals eat at and make for an authentic Italian experience.

Only real thing to note was that the show head wasn’t great but ok for a short stay. Some things are a little out dated given the age of the building, but not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The cleaning staff were excellent and the concierge was very efficient at organising a taxi to Lecco. Rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom.

There were times when It it would have been nice if they didn't stand at the door and watch the people. Breakfast was satisfactory but I wasn't offered a morning coffee like other guests. Scrambled eggs were often on the cold side. There were no coffee sachets or milk pods available in the bedroom which was unusual as this option pretty standard in all hotels.

Nice and helpful hosts. Good breakfast. It’s not very modern hotel, but there was everything we needed. Good location - nice small village, not crowded and not very far to the places on the Lago di Como. The price of accomodation was much lower than the prices in the cities directly at Lago di Como.

We had a great stay at Carmello’s place. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. He was very communicative when we asked questions and his daughter was very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed the aperitif & snacks they provided as well as all the delicious goodies for breakfast. Great location!

Everybody has been very friendly and helpful in all aspects , even safe has been installed in the room by my request. Breakfast was very good . A lot of choices ,everything vas very fresh .Real great coffee. No problems with the parkin .Convenient location for travel around lake Como. We got the best advices were to shop ,were to eat .We felt ourselves very comfortable .The room was great , airy, and with a garden view . We are very grateful for everyone who made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Recommended to everybody.

The staff was very kind. They let us check in early and gave us all kinds of restaurant recommendations. The room was small, but ok. We were only there for one night. Free parking in front of the hotel was a big plus :)

The “double” bed were two mattresses. It’s always my preference to only have one mattress.

A small quiet hotel that is located in a tiny ancient town in walking distance from the lake. A big, well occupied room, very clean. Wonderful rich breakfast, which is quite not typical for Italy. Very thoughtfull toward covid security measures. Good location with the proximity to the main roads. A lot of parking places around the hotel in case the main parking is occupied. We enjoyed very much, thank you!

Great staff, very welcoming. We arrived in the evening and had been travelling all day. With no possibility to eat locally and two hungry kids we were offered cheese toasties and some homemade cake. Both of which where very nice! Grazie! Hotel was clean and the room had been recently refurbished. An amazing breakfast with lot's of choice.

Nowhere to eat out locally +4km away.
