Staff in the hotel was very friendly, helped us with any question and problems. We wanted to drink tea, they prepared it for us for free and brought directly to the room. Also, breakfast was included and it was really nice, quality of products was high in comparison with other places where we stayed in Morocco. Also, we found that owner of this place is very honest, he doesn't want to make money from you by lying and doesn't demand money just for nothing. It's very common in Morocco but not here! Also, they explained us how to find beautiful viewpoints, where we can go for free and where for money. We didn't expect to meet european approach towards clients just in the middle of desert but it happened with us and we're very surprised. Unfortunately, we left our headphones in this place so the owner sent them to the last city where we wanted to be. Surprisingly, headphones were there by time and it was done for free! Just imagine, the owner went to another town to send headphones to stupid tourists just because it was his responsibility towards guests! We're even in shock! I can't imagine smth like that somewhere else! I recommend everyone who's gonna go to Aid Benhadou to stay right here, it's the best place we ever met in Morocco, we stayed in 10 hotels about and it was on the top, let alone the best price-quality ratio! 20 out of 10!

the location is really good, just a few minutes from the main (only) attraction. Room is big and there is a terrace and indoor open space to chill out. feels quite local and authentic.

The surroundings is a construction site, dusty and a bit dirty. It would be better if the toilet and shower could be separated a bit. It's not so pleasant to go to toilet with all water on the floor.

Quiet stay at Ait Benhaddou. The room was very spacious and comfortable and there were a lot of open public spaces including a courtyard and balcony. The breakfast was quiet good. Location wise, it's just a 10 minute walk from the UNESCO heritage site of Ait Benhaddou

We were hoping to get dinner at Kasbah Valentine but it didn't seem like the kitchen was being staffed that night even though we had told the hosts we would be looking for dinner. There are other locations to eat in the area so it was fine.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the famous Kasbah, the host was very friendly, hospitable and professional, he also helped us with directions for the continuing of our journey and gave us free water while staying there. The food in the hotels restaurant was delicious. All the inside of the hotel is very nice decorated, the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom is big compared to most in Morocco. There is a nice view from the terrace above. Parking isn't a problem, you can leave the car in front of the place. Perfect to stay here on the trip to the desert. Would definitely recommend this place, good value for money and definitely exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect

Perfect value for money. Shower worked very well. Terrace had an amazing view, and we watched the locals play a game of football whilst we had dinner. Take note, we had THE BEST Tagines (lamb with plums + Chicken with vegetables) in ALL of Morocco. I waited until I left the country to write this review. The owner really deserves credit for exceptional Tagine. Cost is 90dh per person for dinner. Worth every dirham. Amazing Amazing food 🤤

Everything was perfect.

The host is very kind and helpful (people have the missconception that because the host is not an extravert that he is not nice). The rooftop terrace is perfect to see the amazing sky during the night and all the stars. The hotel is super close to the kasbah of Ait Ben. The hotel is situated in an quiet area and has parking next to it. The room is simple but sufficient, has working AC. Wifi signal was good.

The blinds were kinda thin so let through the morning light. Could darken them ourselves with the provided towel.

Don’t mistake the host‘s seemingly cold expression for unfriendliness! He is a very attentive and friendly person, who is showing his care for you through actions rather than flowery words. The kasbah‘s restaurant makes some exceptional lamb Tajine. Make sure to try it during your stay! Compared to the heavy wind and obtrusive shop owners outside, the kasbah feels like a haven of calmness and quietness. But if you’re extrovert and looking for excitement, this might not be your place.

The location was great regarding the ait Ben Haddou. It is only 10 minute walk to the bridge area. Close to souls to get regular supplies. You can also see a great view of the ait Ben Haddou during the day and amazing stars at night. Sayeed was a huge help and very kind in many ways. We came in a little early but he let us check in anyways. He's is very knowledgeable about the town and certain logistics, which is a great help when traveling. My wife had a stomach bug and as soon as he Sayeed knew this, he offered to make her hot water and lemon which helped her out. Before she got sick we were taking the collective cab costing 30 dh each. But because she got sick he offered to book us a cab not far off from that price. For those reviews saying that he was cold or mean, I'll say just give him a chance because he's very caring. The breakfast was also amazing!! The room: clean, comfy, hot water shower with good pressure. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The owner was very pleasant. I was traveling on my motorcycle and parked right in front . Good breakfast. The location was a short walk to Ait Benhaddau. The Lamb with Prune Tajine made in their restaurant was the best Tajine I have had in Morocco. Quite location . The heater in room worked great and the owner had even warmed my room up prier to my arrival :-) Good hot water and pressure in shower . I have already recommended this Riad to other motorcyclists I have met . I recommend this Riad .

The Room was nice, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was also very nice. It was very good to have a heater in the room as it got pretty cold at night. The Host was very friendly and even offered to help us find another hotel should we not be satisfied with the room. Ait Ben Haddou is in walking distance.

The doors to the rooms are locked with padlocks - and can be locked from both sides. Technically, anyone with a padlock could have locked us in our room, which is a bit creepy.
