The staff member, Sherine, demonstrated excellent knowledge of all services and provided valuable guidance to the rest of the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery. All the resort's amenities were of high quality, and the food was delicious and more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The beach areas were exceptionally clean and sandy, and the swimming pool activities were creatively designed and enjoyable. The presence of various shops and facilities within the hotel greatly contributed to the convenience of the guests. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered pleasing views.

The absence of internet connectivity in the guest rooms is a notable inconvenience. Additionally, the requirement for card-based payment, with limited availability of one-day cards, poses further challenges. To enhance the overall guest experience, it would be beneficial to introduce a scheduled shuttle bus service to the city, considering the significant distance of the resort from urban areas.

Great hotel and service for its price. The pool and beach areas look nice. The rooms are big enough. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There's a big variety of awesome food (even if it is repeating sometimes, you can always choose something different so that you won't eat the same meal earlier than in 7 days).

There's no sound isolation in the rooms, and no carpets on the floor in the hall - it's very noisy. On the other hand, it's the same almost everywhere. The hotel is quite far away from Hurghada (20 minutes by taxi). The service in the restaurant is really slow, you need to actively attract the waiter's attention if you need a napkin or a drink. Waiters are the only part of the hotel's staff that I didn't like at all. Alcohol... is the same as everywhere in Egypt. If you want good alcohol, bring it with you. Do not expect much from an all inclusive system.

Serenity , nearness to the beach , friendly staff, every staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly to us . The hotel looks beautiful.

Cold kids pool . My kids had to swim in a jacuzzi ( at the warm pool ) The aqua gym is very boring. A room next to mine was being renovated during the day and my kids could not sleep because it was too loud . The spa workers are REALLY annoying. They follow guests to pools , and ask every single minute about their services. They even force you to take the services . Asking is okay but not following people everywhere and asking why they don’t want what they offer .

Convenient room. Good welcoming and helpful staff. Good variety in swimming pools for families and kids. Beautiful kids room for playing. Food is overall nice and variable, specially dinner.

Needs more arrangements in restaurant. As soon as people number increased on the feast day, we started to see overcrowding, but also lack of order. Lack of respect from guests to each other, should be faced with clear guidance to respect queuing ( Egyptian guests). Some Egyptian guests, still waste a lot of food. Air conditioning in rooms needs to be easily adjustable. All inclusive is not as useful as expected (No free fresh juices at all)
