It was an enjoyable time for my son's 18th birthday. He and his friends enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. We were able to roast some smores and hot dogs in the outside fire pit and just fellowship together before we left. We are definitely coming back for vacation and family time.

Nice, clean, modern room with a great kitchenette setup. Very good breakfast, right near golf, even Top Golf.

Beds were not the most comfortable.

Really great place, felt safe, affordable, value for the money and great breakfast plus parking is free.

Front desk staff not so friendly, could learn better customer service.

Location. It was a suite. Clean. Very friendly staff.

The sofa looked very worn out and stained. The cushions were flattened out. The lights and power shut off several times.

Great room for the price, very clean and with nice location. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Definitely recommend if you're travelling by car.

- Close to the highway, convenient to travel to other places. - Hotels in a quiet area, parking was free and no need to worry about the safety. - Staffs were friendly and helpful with the requests. - Washing machines and dryers available for $1 per load. - Breakfast got a lot of varieties, order to cook waffles, batch coffee throughout the day, complimentary bottle water if you have HH, very generous. - Staffs onsite 24 hours.

- Shower room not properly sealed, water leak out when showering. - Once there were 2 washing machine broken down so only one was useable. - Breakfast was the same everyday, can be a bit boring if staying 10+ days like us.

Great location and quick access to highway. 20 minutes from Griffith, Pasadena, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills. It couldn't have been better. Hotel was clean. There was always parking, breakfast was good, staff friendly. Rooms well equipped. Pool, gym outdoor area with bbq. Everything was great. Loads of restaurants, supermarket on same street.

Since covid they have reduced the breakfast system. It worked well, the food was great and my kids loved it. Just would be better the old way and hope that starts again soon. I did feel like we were killing the planet with the plastic waste produced in this way.

Very clean and updated Breakfast was really good. Good coffee labeled as Starbucks….only served at breakfast but they had a coffee maker in room. You’ll save $100 for a fam of 5 with what they give for breakfast. I even took a few extra sandwiches and wrapped them in foil (brought from home) and put in our fridge or took with us for our outings. Buffett 3 minutes away was good. Grocery store Albertsons was very clean and reasonable prices. Reminds me of acme in east coast. We didn’t get the chance to use any pool, but they have an indoor pool and a sister hotel up the street which they will golf cart you to, and they said it’s salt water. Wanted to try that out but we ran out of time. Lobby also has decent food and good prices on meals, not so much on snacks and drinks. Works in a pinch, but otherwise, I’d buy at the store if you need something every day. But the salads and sandwiches looked good. Tried BJs pizza and the vibe was pretty cool. Got take out, but has a sports bar feel. Pizza hit the spot being from west coast. I was afraid it would be thin and not filling enough, but it was good. Dishwasher was nice and worked well. Fridge was almost full size, but a little smaller, maybe apartment sized? It worked for us for what we needed. Ice was tedious. The bucket wasn’t clean, but we brought gallon ziplocks with us. Fridge door opened with the hinge on the right, right next to the exit/entrance door to our room. It was odd, and a little inconvenient, but we survived. Dishes were clean (still washed before use)

Security seems to be an issue…needed a room key just to go up and down the elevator. Laundry was nice. People were not as friendly as I expected. They were nice, but not like go out of their way nice. Room was smaller than expected. A little tight for 5 of us. Bathroom didn’t give any privacy and also no way to lock it. Very nice set up, just not as good as it could’ve been. Also, 100% my fault, but thought it was closer to universal and airport. Not a big deal, but tried to be close and it was about 40 minutes with traffic to each. No traffic it was only 25 min to universal. Pretty straight drive too. Traffic is just insane on route 101. But you’re right off the main highway at this hotel.

Location was easy to get to and close to what we needed, super clean, contactless check-in/out/key (and ability to share with other guests) was amazing and very helpful. I loved being able to pick my own room before arrival. The staff was responsive to messages prior to arrival. The shower was wonderful with amazing water pressure (no, that isn’t always the case) and there were 3 towels in the room and we had 3 people (normally there are only 2 and we have to ask for more) and the bedding for the couch bed was a full set with a pillow and was in the room when we checked in. These may seem like some small things but when you travel a lot, they can be frustrating.

If I HAD to say one, it would be that the AC in the room couldn’t go below 68.

The location was great! The comfort of having my kids all on one room and comfortable was great. Other hotels in the area would not accommodate to our family size of 6.

After requesting toilet paper at the front desk we still did not get it. So we left the room around 10am our first day. And we got back around 8pm that night and I personally went up to the front desk and requested 2 rolls of papers. They informed me they would bring up to our room. All night went by and our check out was the next day. Unfortunately we had to use other means.
