It was quite comfortable, the bed, the air conditioning, etc. They were very accomodating with me, allowing me to check in rather late, two or three hours after their usual check in window, since my flight was scheduled for an evening arrival.

The only thing I can find to complain about was that the noises from the halls and other rooms carried through the building a little. It wasn't a particularly modern room or building, but for the price point it was very reasonable and everything was in fairly good condition.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The AC and wifi work pretty well, it has a small fridge and the service room is available every day. The staff is kind.

Although the room has much space, there are small details that don't impact the overall stay, but can be improved. The bathroom light was weak, and had no spot in the shower area. There was only one plug close by the bedroom, but not so convenient to have the cell phone charging. They could add an abajur to have a light switch close to the bed. And also having a hair dryer available would be helpful. As said, just small details on the facilities, but nothing major that will badly impact the stay.

This is an affordable accommodation in a very quiet location. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family unit and it is very spacious. There are 2 icy cold air-conditioners which are super welcoming when we return from outdoor. The rooms are cleaned everyday and a new bottle of fresh mineral water is also supplied. There are many places to eat along the main rood and about a 6 minute walk to a very clean coin operated laundromat.

The shower head is set up very low, so a tall person will have to bend over. The channels on the t.v. are not in English, if you enjoy watching movies. The nearest BTS station is at least 16 minutes walk away. There is no restaurant inside the restaurant.

Siam Palace Hotel is a perfect place to be if you are looking for budget, safe, and noise-free stay while in Bangkok. There’s a 7eleven store right at the corner of the street so it’s easier to grab in case you need anything. They provide free 1L water everyday and cleans rooms on request. Staff are very nice, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They answer to messages pretty quickly too! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are pretty old but still cool if you’re on a budget.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siam Palace Hotel in Bangkok a few weeks ago. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and stylish, offering all the amenities I could ask for during my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible.The location was very good.

I asked if the check-in could be possible early, but i had to wait a few hours for my room. Next time don't add this early check-in option if you can't make it possible.

I have had a lovely stay at Siam Palace hotel. I opted for a delux room which was spacious and had one balcony. The basic toiletries were present in the room with one bottle of mineral water. They have lift so taking your luggage up and down is not a problem. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They helped me book bikes and cars through their apps. It's closely located to the BTS station (15 min walk) and approx 3 km from Chatuchak weekend market.

Nothing to complaint about this time.

For our company that was a perfect option, one couple and 2 friends, and in this family suit there was 1 big king size bed and 2 single beds. I can also add, that the presence of 2 bathrooms was more then convenient. I also liked location. 7/11 is in 5 minutes. Beautiful park and lovely Chatuchak market are very close to this hotel. A street with a lot of street food is near. I recommend this hotel. Cleaning and 2 bottles of water everyday - very nice! .

The drawback is, I would say, that there is no kettle and hairdryer and shampoo( only soap) Who wants swimming pool- there is no pool here

Had a problem getting into the safe though a minor glitches.i put the right code in but it didn't open but our hotel manager did get it opened if you put code in to quick itcan time you out for 15 minutes. Then try again.allwas good after it was explained to me. J

Location was good with many food stalls, restaurants, and money changers walking distance away. BTS station was around 10-15 min away. There was also a 7eleven in the corner of the hotel street. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Appreciated the late check in and being able to leave luggage in the hotel lobby.

Only 1 bottle of complimentary water per day. Also only provided soap for bathroom amenities. Would have liked to have at least shampoo and toothbrush as well. Found some insects in the room from time to time but very easily manageable. Bathroom light only had 1 lightbulb working.

Staffs are friendly and they can communicate in English. Food is easily found nearby. Walking to the BTS station took about 15 mins however can take taxis (30 baht). Opposite the BTS station is the Big C supermarket and foodcourt. Street food are easily available. Air conditioning is Great as the overhanging unit typed were installed.

Did not have electric kettle which I prefer to boil water myself. However, can ask for hot water from the staffs.
