Extremely clean, spacious room, might sound weird but lighting was soft and nice. Another high end hotel had ceiling can lights in the entryway where you can look at yourself in the mirror. I couldn’t really see myself and that lighting, after 3 years, convinced us to stop staying there. Holiday Inn is spacious, clean and equal to the300 hotel room we used to stay in the past.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The bathroom was nice because it was, again, well lighted. The light around the mirror was great to see myself without screaming (😊) cause it was straight on instead of from above. Also had a regular ceiling light. The shower glass doors were awesome quality.

The facility was very clean and up to date. The breakfast bar was complete and really loved the fresh-grind coffee maker. Food was good with good options.

The A/C worked great, but it made the room feel damp all the time, even though the outside air was not humid at all. Also, the entrance from HWY 153 should be lit. It is VERY easy to miss when returning to the hotel at night. Everything else was wonderful!

The room was nice. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the rooms!!!! In the ad it showed keurig coffee pots in rooms….well that first of all needs updating. I understand 24 hr coffee in lobby. But sometimes I get up early and who wants to have to get dressed to go have their first cup of joy

The room was comfortable and clean.

The WATER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE...BARELY A TRICKLE! THE breakfast was good but the amount and variety of breakfast items towards the end of a Sunday morning was dismal. And no one was doing anything to improve it.

Our room was nice. Exactly what we needed. Breakfast was decent. Parking was fine.

The breakfast was pretty good except for the fruit and low quantities of things when we came down to eat. It was refilled after a bit. It was a busier time when we came down so it's understandable.

The lady named Chelsea who worked fixing the breakfast each morning. Very professional friendly and helpful with the elderly & handicapped

LOCATION Trying to get in and out of the hotel on that busy highway people speeding up and down about to cause accidents

Staff is friendly. Needed somewhere to stay short notice due to hurricane coming through and the accommodation was superb. Loved the gym and looking forward to the breakfast!

The staff was great! Very welcoming and friendly! I wish I could remember names but the staff upon arrival and depart were phenomenal. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended.

Nothing to report that we did not like. We stayed along with a handful of our family and friends to celebrate our engagement. Everything was great. No complaints! Great time.

I felt the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. The staff was friendly and the shower water pressure was good for a hotel.

There was not anything that I would give a negative grade for.
