I camped here a few years ago with a group but this time it was two of us and we opted to stay in the lodge. After a long 3 weeks of travelling it was absolute joy to put up our feet, turn on the aircon and relax. Very neat and clean rooms, no fridge and no self catering, but it included breakfast at the restaurant next door which was good as were the dinners (extra) from a varied menu. A pool is available, a good camp site to wander around whilst doing some birding. It is conveniently situated close to very good shopping areas especially Shoprite and it is not far from Chobe GR and Vic Falls.

Nothing, maybe they could provide a fridge - it gets very hot there.

Lovely location Meant for safari goers doing various bush activities as well as a comfortable place to sleep. Campsite also clean and spacious, good ablutions. Restaurant great food & beverages at really good prices compared to the rest of Kasane. Great staff. I stay here often.

Maybe clear big bushes away along Waterfront & a few tables and chairs to watch the sun come up and the orange glow across the water going down in the evening. Social fire for all visitors, not just campers. Just more exposure to the river would be nice !

The staff were fantastic, always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were basic, clean, and had just about everything needed for a comfortable night's stay.

In the morning, we were suprised that breakfast only started at 7am - quite late for a safari place, although a packed breakfast was offered. When we arrived at 7am for breakfast, we were served eggs at 0720 and then finally a slice of toast to go with it at 0735 - so the breakfast service could have been quicker and more organised. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I left my bag at the breakfast table and they found someone to deliver it to me in Nata! I am eternally grateful. My room was very clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good

Location was great. The rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are great.

Very few electrical sockets within the room, you have to charge your phone outside. The food in the restaurante was not that great.

Great place to take a rest, very good contact with the staff, easy to order additional activities and services (sunset cruise, transfer to vic falls), great location and equipment of the place. We recommend it and definitely will come back ;)

Facilities were amazing food was great at the bar fair prices too.

Would be nice if the pool was closer to the bar. Signage for the pool was confusing, I ended up at the bar. Need some rooms with proper double beds.

We loved the general location (proximity to Kasane) and the staff were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant served great pizzas and laundry was very reasonably priced.

The rooms were a little dark (I'm not a fan of lights on during the day) - although they were very cool despite the hot weather. We also thought it was a pity that there was no way to enjoy the view while having a sundowner - the riverfront access isn't optimised at all.

Thebe River Safaris was excellent value, Very comfortable rooms with unlimited hot water 24-7 which is always a treat in Botswana. Food in Resteraunt/Bar was plentiful and the choice was very good, but what made the stay for us was the Staff especially Asa, Matt, O.T., Khumby and T.K. in fact everyone made our stay in Kasane absolutely Magic Will definetly stay there again, can highly recommend

Nothing to dislike

Great place to stay, conveniently located near to Chobe National Park entrance and next to shops and gas station. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The restaurant was also great for breakfast and dinner.

The remote for the Aircon was missing, but we didn't mind it.
