The owner is nice and friendly. He shared a couple of useful information to me before I arrive the place. The room was very clean, the bed and bathroom are very clean, the cleanliness is above my expectations. The facilities all are very great, water dispenser, open area with balcony and river view. Basically I satisfied every single thing. The cleaner on duty were friendly too. I really like this place.

The very small drawbacks is the pillow was a bit stiff, not too stiff and not too soft. but I understand that it's very difficult to cater everyone needs because different guest would have different preferences. As for me, I just need some time to adapt and it works pretty fine with me.

I like it as the location is very close to food. Just walking distance.

What I don't like is that yesterday night, other people who stayed in the same homestay make noise and I couldn't sleep. Although house owner has pasted a notice to minimize noise after 11pm, but it is still too noisy for me and my family to fall asleep. And the next day, early in the morning (around 7am), the same group of people start to chit chat without controling their volume. I hope this can be improved.

I had provided feedback to the owner to repair some facilities inside the bathroom. The overall experiences are joyful. I'm planning to come back every year with family.

The Wifi connection through Celcom is not stable here. I had made some recommendations to the owner too. Because the the karaoke system needs Wifi to download songs from Cloud and it is very slow.

Only one; no mini fridge

The location is very good, very near to the main road. Relaxing common area although the view is blocked. The cleaner is friendly and the room is clean. Air-conditional and lighting work well. The main entrance system is good, feel safe to stay.

To be picky, the toilet door works well but got a sound when we open/close it, it won't affect the normal use, only if 1 of the member want to use it at the midnight or early in the morning while others are still sleeping. The Wi-Fi is very weak and fails to load. The water heater is good but a bit hard to understand how to operate, old people may need help. Have to climb a staircase to reach the room, other than that everything is quite good.

The hosts are very friendly. They listen patiently to any concerns and offer helpful advice. It's is very close to the jetty and shops, making it very convenient. I’ll definitely return for my next retreat.

Great location - a short stroll from the jetty. Comfy beds, clean toilet and shower, great little common balcony to relax and read a book or watch everyday life on the water. Daniel was quick to offer information on travelling to Pulau Ketam, and when he heard from the check-in shopkeeper that I was vegetarian, he sent me directions and photos on how to find the one and only vegetarian food stall on the island. I didn't even ask for the details! I appreciate how he took the extra effort to ensure that I had all my needs sorted. Thanks for the great experience!

The location was good. Just step out from homestay and you've got a lot of coffee shops and convenience store. Very near to jetty too. The host was friendly. They allowed us to drop our luggage when we reached Pulau Ketam early in the morning. The check in time was at 2pm, but the host managed to let us check in before that. The room was clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong. There is a water dispenser near the common area.

We had a great time in Pulau Ketam and this hotel indeed added value to our trip there. The host, David and his brother were accommodating to our needs. We’ll definitely come to Pulau Ketam again and no doubt, we’ll stay here! Thanks to you David and your brother..

The property is good for its price, very strategic location and near to many facilities, less than five mins walk away from the Main Street.

There is no hot water in the water filter.
