Conveniently located to Rowan campus and restaurants. Smelled fresh everywhere. Very clean in lobby, lobby bathrooms, elevator, pool and gym areas and room. Air conditioning in room was great! Great cafe that offers a variety of food and beverage. Self-serve nack station open all night. Friendly staff. Genuinely friendly and helpful. Validates parking. Parking garage is super close and friendly. Outdoor seating area around a gas fire pit. Also offers tables with umbrellas. Clean! Great for people watching. Enclosed by metal fence.

Loud vehicles ride down the main strip and rev engines. Annoying but didn’t go on all night. Did not have a room safe (that I could find at least).

I stayed for three days for a business trip to Rowan University. The great thing is the university is just across the road. The location is very quiet. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room and hotel were overall clean and well-maintained. The room was very spacious.

The only con I would mention is the low-graded housekeeping rule and response of the reception staff. Due to the hotel's policy, they don't clean the room every day even after the request. I requested for the coffee cup on the 2nd day as they just provided one cup at the check-in. Then I had to call three times and had to go to the reception once in person to request cups. After such an effort (over 24 hrs) they acted on it and sent a few cups to the room. I do think the hotel could be more responsible and responsive to avoid the annoyance of the guests for small things like a few coffee cups and tea/coffee bags.

I was very sad that the pool room had no heat in the hot tube and the room was freezing. I did swim twice but it was very polar when it should have been tropical. I was very disappointed it was not fixed in the 3 days. it was better during covid lock down visit when the tube and pool were amazing. that is why I booked here and paid the extra bucks. is their a best way to get a voucher for another warm hot tube or pool time in this college town I would like to give you a better review.

the size of the room was very good. the bed was very good.

the food was minimal and too expensive for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. wish there was a little more choice. the shower, although very nice, had a very small ledge for a seat, and I would have liked it to be big enough to sit on.

Close to the college. Close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet room away from parties, gym, pool. Clean. Room had shampoo, hair dryer etc.

The common space is not cozy. Coffee in common area should be free.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. White noise machine was appreciated! Helped block out noises that usually keep me awake. Outside patio.

Noise from obnoxious people driving on Rowan blvd while sitting outside. No fan in bathroom.

It is always clean even though there was construction going on it's been going on for at least 5 years.

The construction, messy in some places. There's not many options within the town except for a motel 6 so the best option for us since we needed to be in glassboro for a funeral. I didn't find the beds very comfortable

Superlative customer service

When we got to the hotel we were surprised to find a one bed room. I had booked a 2 bed (my daughter, boyfriend and I were needing it). I called down and within 5 minutes the issue was solved and they had us in a 2 bed room. Great customer service!!! The man who helped us was so nice.

the pool requires a reservation. it’s a tiny pool. the hot tub was out of order. breakfast is not included
