Loved the art deco style of the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great.

The room was very small. So small that we had to move the bed as far over as the built-in nightstand allowed (which was 2 or 3 inches) in order to fold out the sofa bed and let it lay down with being propped against the side of the bed. The sofa bed had misc crumbs in it so I guess it's not checked each cleaning? We left it folded out to make sure staff knew it had been used.

bed pillows were too thick and overstuffed-would have preferred a flat foam option (arrived late and didn’t ask, but bed should have a variety for guests’ preferences). bathroom light switches are completely behind the door, as if the door was installed backward. tv wouldn’t turn on,

We loved the location and the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Our AC made a humming noise all night it was very annoying. The valet parking was reasonable and the staff was pleasant but they were short staffed when we checked out on Wednesday morning and we had to wait 45 minutes for our car.

Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly & professional. The decor was up to date, modern, & in great repair. The linens were great quality. Great variety of breakfast foods were available. The beds were super comfortable!

Both mornings the "hot" breakfast items were luke warm or cold but I did come down between 8:30 & 9:00. So they may have been much warmer earlier.

Staff and room very good. Room was comfortable for 3 adults. A very short distance to our venu and restaurant with short walking distance.

Parking for free very limited. We could have paid $10 for parking but we were only at hotel during the night. Garage locations were not convenient. Parked on street.

Convenient and safe downtown location within easy walking distance of the Arts District and Greenwood. Breakfast was substantial enough to set me up for the day. Front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The customer service was excellent. Ben Guardino was the first face me and my sister saw and he was so gracious to help us . The food was delicious everyday we were there during that time.

The rooms was very clean at all time.

I really did enjoy the location, the breakfast was just delicious the juice was fresh and the atmosphere was on point. Devan was absolutely amazing customer service skills for impeccable I just enjoyed my stay there and I recommend any and everyone to stay at Hyatt place on South Boston

This location was great for a short visit to Tulsa. Great views of the Arkansas river, as well as nice scenery nearby.

Loud guests in halls late into the night.
