The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Location-wise not too bad, less than 10mins driving distance to Sunway Pyramid. Grab service was easily available. Breakfast was simple but more than enough for us (with a 2 y/o). On-site parking was available for RM3.

We remarked for a spacious room as we are travelling with a very active toddler. This message might be misinterpreted as we were checked into a disabled guest room, with no furniture (no desk, no side table, no wardrobe only a simple hanging place etc) in the room. Bathroom was equipped with all the disabled facilities and no partition for shower. Since we were in rush, so we didn’t bother for a room change. Maybe front desk can ask during checkin next time.

It's a new hotel. Rooms are nice, size is fine. The staff was friendly and polite. It's near a highway and the area is under development (constructions everywhere), but rooms are quiet. If you need to go in the city, it's easy to get a Grab, and usually 30mins drive.

Breakfast was quite basic but ok, I wish they had more fruits options. The pastry were very very good, but not available everyday. The first day breakfast was good, but I was disappointed for the next few days.. should be more constant. Bathroom toilet seat was very bad, cheap, and not well fixed.

Right from entering the hotel, you are greeted by warm and friendly staff. They are very accommodating of special requests and even give recommendations for places to visit and travel recommendations. I was given the accessibility room since the one I had booked wasn't ready at the time, and the room ended up being slightly larger which definitely added to the comfort. The area around is fairly quiet so you get a good nights sleep. While the breakfast doesn't have too many options, it was enough, and I liked the mix between continental and local dishes that were offered. All in all, would recommend.

Its a little far from KLCC, so you'll usually have to take a taxi to get there, but grabs are readily available so it's mostly just commute time that you'd need to look out for. There are a few small restaurants near by, but besides that you'll need to travel into the city for food or sightseeing.

1. Parking entrance too narrow. Cannot park my car @ basement. Have to park upstairs & pay for it. 2. Poor planning on food during breakfast. Not enough when have to share with bus load of Chinese tourists. Have to wait for you guys to refill. 3. False alarm @ early morning hours. 4. Room not tidy when I came back in the evening. Have to get housekeeping in.

The hotel is newly open, clean and comfortable.

The carpark entrance was narrow, need extra careful in order to avoid scratches on your car. And the carpark exit point floor was high which could also scratch your car front bumper/car body kit. The hotel charged car parking fees separately, infront of the hotel foyer areas also have VIP parking which is chargeable.

New and clean, exceptional great service by hotel team, especially front desk & housekeeping. Restaurant food was tasty, way above expectation, friendly chef. Room small as usual ibis, but sufficient and functional for short stay. Location next to highway, convenient if driving, easy to get around. Ample free parking available. Good stay experience. Recommend for those looking for good budget stay in PJ area.

No bedroom slippers, but you can request for it.

Everything is new. Bed comfortable, TV is modern. Water dispenser outside the room. Nice gym. Restaurant on site even though limited choice but good enough. Now everything on promotion as it is new hotel.

As it is new, the smell of new renovation still linger around. Not good for people who are sensitive to it. In the end I had to open the window whole night and thus did not really have a good sleep. With time, it shouldn't be a problem. WiFi not good.

The rooms are clean and the facility is well maintained. The traffic to it was not too bad however it has alternatives getting to. Basic facilities and good for if looking for a secluded place.

The surrounding is a bit run down. Could or would be better however some new condos are coming up around it. Guess it will improve once thoes are up.

The breakfast is worth the price. The swiming pool is kids friendly.

The room was smelling smoke as we arrived. Might be the guest before us or the room service. And i waited for quite some time for the room service to bring me the door stopper for our joining room but we still didnt get it.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The room was slightly smaller than I preferred, and there wasn't quite enough space to comfortably store our luggage.
