Big room with natural lighting. Amazing bed and nice TV, it's a good place to relax if you need to. The bathroom is also big and with all type of amenities. There are many restaurants close by.

The only thing I'd say is that the door room frame was rotten, other than that everything was great! Keep in mind that you definitely need a car to get to the hotel, it's in the suburbs of Madrid with little public transport close by.

Good location for those drivers who wish to avoid driving into the centre of Madrid. The hotel is a 12 minute drive by taxi. There are a number of good restaurants very nearby. Parking can be accessed from the hotel but isn’t cheap. Reception staff are friendly.

Little touches like replacing glasses we had used. Cheaper parking for guests.

No provision for in-room tea facilities. The menu choices at breakfast was very narrow The information on room entertainment was limited

Translation of local language could be improved for foreign guests. An international hotel should make provisions for a wider variety of guests

Very clean and spacious room...airy reception area, with good links to central madrid. A lovely restaurant bar beside hotel (castizo) ...with good choice of food and drinks. Lots of other restaurants in the same complex.

No bar or restaurant in the hotel itself, so dependent on opening hours of restaurants nearby.

everything was goog. the staff, the breakfast, the toilet. We like this hotel.

but, the new version of pillows were so not comfortable... catastrophic.... sorry. this is only our experience. but we will come again and ask about another pillows.

Beautiful property, with lots of cute little restaurants downstairs (connected to the lobby). And the staff was incredibly professional and always willing to try and help with any of our requests.

Excellent location with the the reach of local shops and restaurants, this is a residential area so if you a re looking to be touristy Madrid is a short distance away by cab.

Mattress very hard

Location is excellent for me, a short walk away from my family, but not useful to visit Madrid. It is easy to park either in the street or in the convenient underground parking (extra cost). A few restaurants around but opening times not great (11am for breakfast/ brunch, for example). Good Internet connection though yoi have to frequently reconnect by providing your email. Loved the hard bed.

Breakfast at the Hotel side of restaurant Pipa &Co was a mess, understaffed, tables not cleaned quickly so people standing waiting, one of the two coffee machines out of order, so queues there too, and a door that did not close automatically so cold air coming in. I thought the two small bottles of water in the fridge were complementary, but no, they charged 2eur for each.

Excellent helpful staff. Convenient location pleasant surrounding area.

Kettle on the room. Poor toilet facilities in restaurant which was otherwise excellent.
