Everything went well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a no frills budget hotel. All rooms are in a fully enclosed building with key card access only. Since it's in the entertainment district of Arlington there are restaurants and shops within walking distance and most everything else within 1.5 miles. The parking lot is very well lit and I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. This has been my third stay and will be staying again in the future.

The building does need some work but the owner has been making upgrades. More accessible electrical outlets in the rooms are needed, but what is currently there suffices.

One of the things I liked about the property was the obvious, the location. There’s a gas station right there. Food places within walking distance. Att&t stadium right across the street. Mostly though, the staff. We had a few minor issues and the we’re more than willing, late in the evening, to accommodate our needs. Great place to stay.

The staff was great. The location was perfect for walking to the game. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

I didn't agree with having to pay an extra parking fee on game day since we paid for the room to stay at the establishment, but I understand why they do it. I also didn't like that they allowed people to party all hours of the night in the parking lot with music full blast.

Close to the restaurant

Small parking lot and was not aware that I was going to get charged for parking for a ball game that I was not attending charged me $80 what a ridiculous price for that since I made reservation online and nothing was mentioned about it. I feel I already paid enough for the room and still had to pay for parking not ever staying there again

We saw a concert at the rangers stadium and we were able to walk to the venue. The parking (of the hotel ) lot was safe and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to navigate to our room, and being on the 4th floor it was super quiet.

It was a fine place for the money we spent. I really don’t have any “don’t” like because it meet the needs of what I expected.

I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and loved how convenient the motel is! It's right in the entertainment center, with gas stations, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was fantastic—they took the time to listen to my concerns and offered helpful solutions. It made my stay so much better!

The staff was very professional and everytime im there they always take good care of me and the manager is exceptional and very professional. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I don't have anything negative to say although it would be nice if they supplied a banana or apple since they don't have breakfast. Js

If you plan on going to the Dallas Cowboys game, I recommend you stay there it is literally walking distance. You don't have to worry about uber, taxi, or leaving your vehicle in the parking lot or having those crazy parking prices to just park in a random lot.
