It was just a normal breakfast, like most of the guest house. Was eatable, and fine. I don't remember if the muffins were served, if not please would be great if they're added. I think you could add some fish with an option of fry or grill.

The sausages (beef, pork, or mutton) aren't on the menu. I got to know about them when I asked. My wife was surprised to see my plate with it as she didn't know. We order separately. Please add everything on the menu that is available. We were dissatisfied & disappointed with the forever buffering WIFI, & extremely limited disorganised TV channels. Please sort those, & have a better package for TV. I missed the news & my other programs. Lastly, please consider changing your sink basin taps to a one tap with both hot & cold water adjustment.

The receptionist was super friendly and efficient. She made out the Company invoice immediately and added the supper expense as well.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay my waitress cash for the tip on the meal as she said that by putting the tip on the speed point combined with the meal expense, that she was not given her portion. That's just unacceptable! It advertised satellite channels - there were only local channels. There was wifi, but it kept buffering.

The rooms were exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. The service was impaccable and the ladies were absolutely lovely. The breakfast burrito was the best I've ever had and the set up was also lovely, with options for cereal..quite impressed with the muesli and plain yogurt as this is my go to combo. There view was amazing and pool so clean, we were bummed the weather didn't allow for us to enjoy that. Definitely would come back to Belz Boutique hotel.

Staff was exceptional

The TV channels did not play at all and didn't correspond with the channel that were said to be available. On Sunday I felt the staff was overwhelmed with the work load breakfast took over an hour to be ready. Showers would be a greater options for king deluxe suite. One toilet paper roll a day is not ideal

I totally forgot the names of the two front ladies woow they were all good, the other one who was leaving at 20h00 was also go beyond her scope by taking care of the guest more especially us as we might not know all for the other rooms.

I liked the hospitality from the staff,starting from the security at the gate ,reception and the staff in the kitchen, The place is clean and the notice about the Load shedding, The quietness is out of this world .And the food was nice

Veranda was not clean and chairs on the veranda was not enough. Room 8 had no table and chairs out side. In room 10 we found empty bottle of water and a pex behind the side table. The room was clean but ..

It looked the same as on booking.com, it was a great place to be. It felt like home. Looking forward to be there again in future 😀.

There was no refrigerator which made me ask the staff to keep my perishable stuff in their kitchen and I ended up forgetting it when I left.

Need to improve on the main breakfast. Ceruals were ikEggs and bacon not looking good bacon on the second day cold and hars to ear

Warm food eggs to be prepared good manner. Linen to be changed when it is happens that it become dirty i on the firts day. I had to sleep with stained lunen on the second day was nit changed
