Good location: motel is situated on Ucluelet's main road, with quite a few eateries and shops nearby. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean and comfortable. Hostess (Mary) was friendly and helpful - she recommended to us quite a few good restaurants with objective and useful comments.

Price for the room was quite high - but i suppose this was due to the high tourist season. The partitionings are quite thin and not really sound-proof. Fortunately our neighbours did not make much noise.

This hotel was a diamond in the rough. Staff were really friendly at check in and it seems to be a family run business. The room was fantastic, it had everything we needed and you could even see the water from our window. This is the perfect example of 'cheap and cheerful'. Plenty of parking available. Walking distance from Little Beach and a range of places to eat, though some of them close quite early or were not open the day we stayed. We will definitely be coming back to Ucluelet and we will stay here. A great option if Tofino is too expensive, we loved our stay.

There are no elevators, which wasn't an issue for us. It was only a 2 floor motel anyway. There were some roadworks on the main road right outside the hotel, but this won't be a permanent issue and would not stop us staying here again. Very quiet seaside town, but we quite enjoyed that!

Owners are friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any concerns or additions (such as a mini fridge and kettle) that we asked for. Room was clean and turn down service was done daily... good amenities and cleanliness. The view was gorgeous! As good as any hotel in the area. Parking was very good and easy to access rooms. Many decent independent restaurants nearby.

Pretty minor but... Bathroom fan "worked" but was ineffective, leaving the bathroom quite wet after a couple of showers. Had to keep things out of there to prevent them getting wet. Owners are aware but problem is not easy to solve.

Extremely clean and comfortable room. Very impressed! Owners were very friendly and on-site, welcoming and pleasant. A small motel with lots of comfort!

Lack of a second grab bar for the tub would have been good, along with a lamp over the desk and better lighting over the microwave counter. I was with my mother who is visually impaired, and poor lighting makes things difficult for her. Also, designated handicapped parking and better markings of edges, curbs, etc. would make it safer for someone with visual impairments. The room was on the main floor, but the parking spot immediately outside our door could have been designated (with a handicap sign) so that able-bodied and people with good vision could park in other spaces.

Clean, comfortable. Motel with a cute charm. Nice view out the back. Good location near restaurants and not far from hiking trails. Good Wifi.

Room door and locks didn't feel very secure (very old school). Rooms not well sound insulated from each other - could hear the neighbors' TV, while they also complained about volume of a normal conversation. Yes, it was high season, but the room was very expensive.

It was right on the main road which made it really easy to walk to sights and restaurants. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos. Since we only needed to stay for the one night, we got a great night's rest and went on our way!

There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room. It would have been nice to have a few other smaller appliances like a kettle or a microwave.

Location was good, pretty quiet except for the people in the next room playing music and talking well past 1 a.m. one night, Other nights were good. Room was a little hot. Provided everything we would for the few nights we were there. Gentleman checking us in was very helpful as to where to find things and suggestions for eating places.

Road construction and dust

Room was nice, got upgraded to a king room. Had a far view of the harbour. Mini fridge was handy to have. Staff were friendly, and responded immediately when I asked for some de-caf coffee. An older motel, but clean and comfy (bed was great).

Coffee maker (Keurig) was a little finicky to use, but nothing major. Other than that all good.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at on my trip. - Very clean room with a pretty view for every room. - Very hospitable staff, whom I found accommodating. - Parking availability was awesome. - Close by to groceries and restaurants in town. 5-7 mins away from any trail start point. Around 30 minutes away from Tofino (town); between 15-20 from the beaches. Excellent location overall.

Staff/owner was very approachable and pleasant..very clean place,they give us the back rooms behind which we love it sooo much..Nice place to stay we love the last 4 rooms 123,124,125,126...and we didnt expect fridge and microwave that we are happy to have it...Highly recommended place to stay for a vacation

There shoud be a lil sink for washing,not the sink in the washroom....other than that,everything is well ng good...👍👍👍👍
