The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. The room was very big, the breakfast good, the fried eggs were the best. And at the breakfast there was a lady serving us that was amazing, very polite and careful for our wellbeing at the table

The water at the pool was too cold. The beds in the room are two beds, not a big one and this created a little bit of discomfort while sleeping

We upgraded to a Duplex Suite after arriving and loved it! It had 2 floors - one with a sitting area and powder room and the upstairs had the bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath. Both floors had a balcony and a view of the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic! It had everything one could want and made to order eggs (omelettes, etc.). The golf course was handy - right at the property, but was, in my opinion, not worth playing (it was a 9 hole course that had poor grass on the fairways). There were limited underground parking spots that we were able to use every night. Overall great stay!

This was an outstanding experience at the hotel. Everything was right as it should be. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, very spacious and having all the necessary facilities. The view is extraordinary, even if ours was on the side, we could enjoy the view from the balcony. The breakfast is abundant as well. We enjoyed also the pool area, gym and spa all of which were very clean and up to date.

There is nothing we could complain about and our stay was just right and as it should be. The location is about 25 minutes car drive from the centre of Salzburg, but this is what we booked as it is in the heart of nature surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes.

The Breakfast was fantastic, a huge variety of options for all tastes! The staff was also very nice and awlays ready to help. The welness area was also really nice with many options including Finnish sauna and steam bath. The rooms were clean with comfortable mattresses. Overall would totally recommend and would gladly visit again!

The main restaurant of the hotel is closed on monday and tuesday. The secondary bar-restaurant, while offering good finger food, has a very limite choice. In general both restaurants offer good quality food but they are quite overpriced. In the area around there are almost no other restaurants where to eat and most are closed on monday.

Exceptionally good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, the spa/swimming pool facilities were perfect, and the bar-restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at all times, especially Diana that helped us with many recommendations during our breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

The property is beautifully designed, modern and still integrates the charm of being a former hunting lodge. The facilities were amazing for families with kids including swimming pool, spa, play room, playground, several restaurants. There is also a golf course and greenery outside for smaller children to run around. The staff were absolutely amazing. I think I received the best service I have done at any accommodation in Europe. I organised lots of lovely touches for my husband’s birthday and the staff organised everything down to the last detail. There are so many great activities you can organise through the hotel.

The resort is located 10’ walk away from the lake. The route there is to go through a forest, which we appreciated due to the summer heat. The rooms were so spacious and well planned. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

We didnt know the rate of our room wouldnt include AC. The reception told us if we would want air-conditioner in the room, we would have had to pay for an upgrade, which was a surprise. For our 9 month-old baby, it was very hard to sleep the first night. We finally got a ventilator, which helped a bit. But for the standard of the resort and the price we paid, we would expect more than that.

The hotel is spread out with not enough decor running through the corridors . There is almost a vacant feeling walking around . The indoor pool temp is too cold . I did read other reviews mentioning it . The staff are helpful and attentive. If you get the chance to eat at the restaurant, I would highly recommend it . Breakfast is exceptional in the morning .

The entry is eo welcoming. Wellness centre amazing. All staff were very friendly with Diana at breakfast exceptional tending all our needs and giving holiday tips. Loved the pretty setting and spacious room and loved the bar! My new favourite cocktail is White Cosmo made there. The view from breakfast room was spectacular.

Super nice hotel! Wellness center is amazing, with few Saunas, relaxing area and a pool. Rooms are big, very pet friendly. Breakfast was big and very tasty, and the staff is very nice as well. The views where amazing, Very recommended!

We had a problem with the rooms because in one room the heater did not work, and till the staff came and checked it it was 23:00, so we needed to change the room very late. What bothered us was that the room was very small compared to the room we had in the beginning. We had 2 rooms of 3 and 2 people, when the room for 3 was bigger, and we finished with 2 rooms of the same size, and for 3 people it was pretty small.. the hotel did not offer any compensation or discount for the smaller room (the said it is the same type of room, maybe the need to change it).
