Kids playground outside is super old and dangerous/dusty, would be good if they renew it and make more zones for activities

Comfortable hotel, 5 minutes of walking from the beach, many good cafes and restaurants around and the beach is amazing. The room is not big, but was was enough for our needs. The breakfast was good and diverse, we even had sparkling wine. A good thing is that the hotel also had tennis, table tennis and mini-golf field and there was no queue on using them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, everybody was speaking German and we in the hotel and the whole city were almost the only non-German people. I prefer more international resorts. Also, the mini-golf field was neglected. The table tennis rackets were worn out. We also had an issue with the shower gel holder - it was broken. We asked to fix it and next day we saw a new one glued to the wall (the part that goes to the wall) and the holders were left on the shelf. After a couple of days we asked somebody to assemble them, but nobody came for 2-3 days and I had to do that myself.

Everything was exactly how I have expected based on the photos seen online. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever I needed more information. Even though I have travelled alone I believe that is the perfect place for couples with / without children. The food was really tasty and diverse, have different products each day to chose from.

The rooms are not as soundproof as I would have liked, some tourists were letting the doors close on their own. The pool had a lower temperature than expected.

Excellent staff. Room 1604 is perfect with an enormous terrace. Cleaning services were very good. Reception staff are very professional and friendly. Dining staff are equally good. Breakfast was good but understandably directed towards it's largely German client base. Being British we were in the minority but still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Having to leave a deposit for pool towels now seems a little outdated as is paying to use the safe. A safe is usually included when travelling independently. These are minor points and don't detract from what is a very good hotel.

The property was gorgeous, very clean. Staff was exceptional

I didn’t like that a family of 5 were split up into two different buildings. Which meant I couldn’t say with my husband as he had to stay with one child & I had to stay with my other 2 , if we were next to each other in the same building it would of been easier. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel If you have More than 3 in your family

Everything about our stay was more than we expected! The hotel itself is fresh and extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay - mini golf, tennis, pool table etc and the breakfast everyday was great. The pool area is nice and quiet whilst only a 5 min walk from the beach so perfect if you want to mix up days between the pool and beach. Overall, we were very impressed with everything, it exceeded our expectations and was great value for money!

Not much - we really enjoyed everything about our stay. The only thing that could be better is the air con in the room was not near the bed (in our room it was located just inside the door), meaning that if it is extremely hot at night, people might struggle with the temperature in the room

Breakfast, communication with personnel, the place size, relative quietness (rare cars sounds on the street), conditioner, cleanness (except conditioner grid which was full of dust).

The most horrible thing was bedsheets: they use only a sheet instead of blanket cover, so you can touch the blanket during sleep which was touched by I-don't-know-how-many-people before. Another unpleasant thing was smoking personal just in front of balcony, so the smoke came inside the room few times per night. Few times it also probably came from neighbors balcony.

Nice facility and nice staff. 1. Very good breakfast. 2. Personal very friendly and polite. 3. Very clear towels, clean and nice smelling rooms. 4. Nearly every evening Hotel invite singers or bands.

1. Hotel allowed to smoke at the balcony. For non smoking people this is horrible when neighbors smoking but your room full of smells. 2. Quite cold water in the pool, but maybe this is individual feeling.

Great staff, great breakfast and dinner, there was a huge variety of food to choose from. The hotel was nice in a nice environment near the beach. Free parking. The pool is clean and large. The room is an ideal size for two, the cleaning every day is great.

Upon arrival the bathroom was not the cleanest and the walls also had smudge marks. If someone walks in the corridor, you can hear them in the room.

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with every day cleaning. Pool area and amenities were fantastic and relaxing. Also, there are mini golf, billiards, sauna, gym and tennis. All the staff were super helpful and the receptionist offered a junior suite at no extra cost - it was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast - buffet with a great selection (it was really good) and also we offered a dinner for extra cost 20 euros and it was fantastic, delicious and very variable.
