Location wise is acceptable since it is not too far from the city plus it is so peaceful whereby you can barely hear any sound of vehicles. Throughout my stay at the hotel, I can tell that the location was at the center of every place that I went to. The best part of staying at this hotel is that the 7-Eleven and Mini-C market are so near that you can just go there by just walking. Me and my friends also had the best time while we were at the swimming pool since there was no one at that time. If I were to suggest to my friends to stay at this hotel again, I would!

No iron was provided in the room. It would have been nice if the hotel could provide an iron per room so that guests can iron their clothes at their convenient time without having trouble going outside the room, especially during the night.

Location and cleanness.

Booking for 2 adults and 1 kid (6years old). Bath towel only issued with 02, reason its room for 2 person. Difficult to get extra towel for my kid as of receptionist keep on explaining its room for 2 person only will issue with 02 bath towel. After sometimes of requesting, atlast got 01 for my kid. Booking.com should not promote 2+1 kid for 2 rooms facilities or inform the hotel to provide 3 towel for the room. Breakfast is about price, so I don't mind paying for my kid which is not entitled for free Breakfast as again its room for 2 person. But bath towel is ridiculous. Especially for kids usage. I don't blame the staff as its should be the hotel policy as she's following the instructions. Thats all.

The staffs were very friendly and working fast for all the document work and room arrangement. We requested for early check-in and it was convenient. We booked the corner room and the room size was fantastic with working table that doesn’t face the wall which is good for business traveller. Limited parking space yet sufficient. Located in food location for driving to everywhere in Hat Yai and can find 7-11, Big C extra and pharmacy nearby.

The shower space was a bit tiny and could maintain better. Water Heater was portable one with red light for on mode which took me sometimes to figure it out as I thought It would be green for on. We got 3rd floor room and the building was under construction so unfortunately that one side of corner window was block by equipment for corner room view.

A spacious room with huge bed and comfortable pillows. I wish the toilet also had a bigger space.🤣 I like the location as it is further from the tourist area but not too far from the city . Basically it easily to take Grab or Maxim. For me, the area is so peaceful. The location wise is quite acceptable. Besides, the 7-Eleven and Mini Big C-mart are walking distance. Furthermore,the receptionists are kinda friendly and helpful, especially the male staff who keeps asking if I'm okay and if I need other transportation. Because, I undeliberately waited a really long time in the lobby.

The breakfast not much variety of choice and only given the menu with some of Asian and Continental selection. Then no iron was provided in the room. We needed to go to another floor, which is so inconvenient to go outside the room, especially during the night. The room is already provided with 2 glass bottles of water and a set of cups. The cup/plate/ decorated themed are so nice and aesthetic , but I can barely drink with it. As soon I drink from it, it makes me think the cup has been never been washed.🤣🤣🤣🤣. Maybe, the hotel need to put an extra plain glass cup there. They also give 2 extra mineral water and 2 can coke in fridge, but these need paid when checkout. So, it recommended to buy at outside if you want a cheaper and bigger size.

Excellent as we stayed here for a wedding at the hotel as guests. Everything was as we hoped.

Slight challenge at reception as we arrived early after a very long drive. Room was ready but want es to charge 400 baht extra for early entry. Insets went for a drive and agreed 12.30 entry to room (instead of 2pm) Maybe just accept somebody has driven a long way to be there and is part of a large wedding group.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, top with feather pillow. Walking distance available local food hawkers and Mini Big C.

Breakfast is part ala carte for main dish (menu selection) buffet spread for white bread toast (jam+butter) , fruits, and drinks. Bathroom cleanliness need more improvement. Dirty stains on walls and floor.

Good Well maintain

Well maintain , floor tiles lot of scratches , room bathroom lock faulty , socket should add universal socket with usb port ,should have socket for mini kettle area , room service menu should place in room via tv info channel . Reception should promote the hotel facilities provide and other as well

We like this hotel so much, very clean and comfortable. We always like Boutique hotel in our vacation, this hotel is fully fulfill our requirement. Although the location is bit far from city, it is ok for us as we drive ourselves and more quiet from crowded city centre. We have good sleep here.

The spacious room with comfortable pillows. I like the location - further from the tourists area. Mini Big C mart is walking distance.

The water heater for the shower is weirdly set up. We had to call for the reception guy to help with it. Pool is located on the other building, and not well maintained. The reception wasn't that friendly.

The room are spacious, equipped with good condition of equipments and surprisingly have kiblat marker to guide muslim to pray. Not too far from attraction places yet not too crowded.
