The Park Grand is perfect accommodation for us when we are visiting family members who live locally.We have stayed at the hotel a number of times and have always enjoyed our visits. Our stay this week was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, quiet,warm and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and all members of staff exceptionally helpful and supportive. Overall, extremely good value for the very reasonable room rate. We have stayed in a vast number of hotels in the UK and abroad, and have often had to put up with poor conditions and unhelpful and dismissive staff. When a hotel is properly managed, as is this one, it makes a huge difference to the wellbeing of the guests. Many thanks to all concerned in making our stay such a positive experience.

The property was out dated but was very clean. The reception staff was amazing. They went over and beyond. The where knowledgeable about the area. When asking for directions they would explain the directions. If you need a print out they would print it for no extra charge. The best way to travel was the train. It was a 10-15 minutes walk and a 5 minute bus ride to the train station. Just wanted to thank the staff for a great first time london experience

It would have been nice to have the whole room clean every day not just the trash.

I do like the location of the hotel. It is very easy close to the shopping area in Hounslow and Hounslow East, Hounslow West station to use Piccadilly line to central London, also to Heathrow airport. The service I’ve received from Sofia on the reception for checking was amazing! I was welcomed immediately with attention when I went there, which means she pay attention to guests walk in to the hotel and that makes me feel in the right place. I had to extend my stay few times and I wanted to keep same room 215. First time that was because of the boy receptionist whose name I don’t know but I want to say Thank you! Second time I extended my stay and dealt with Sofia on the reception and she did her best me to keep same room. I had a chance to talk little bit more with her when I check out and I understood how important is to see people who care about you as a guest. I would like to say to her manager you have to be very proud by having her as representative of the hotel to the guests. She is professional and she deserves the best she could receive as opportunity there because is good to feel secure and confident being there. During that time Park Grand Heathrow was my home. The room and bathroom was clean, the housekeeping was polite and not noisy, Thank you! I would like to say big Thank you to Sofia and all her colleagues for keeping the hotel in higher level of service. It means a lot to see people doing their job carefully in the way they do. Had a lovely stay here. The room was super cosy and clean, with great amenities. Trust the reviews- despite seeing planes flying right over the hotel on my way there, I didn't hear a single one while in my room and I slept wonderfully. It's right next to the airport so it's very convenient for flyers, and only a short walk from train and shopping facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious and super fresh, and the staff were all very friendly. Thank you to Kale who booked me in and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely love to stay again sometime.

We booked as it was one of the closer hotels for the Rugby at Twickenham. Easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Lovely shower, tea tray and water. Very appreciated !! It is under the flight path but didn’t find it an issue. I would stay again.

The only thing which wasn’t an issue but I didn’t realise the main entrance into the hotel car park was a small entrance that actually looked more like a service entrance. A bit of a drive up and down the main road getting back to it but all good.

Hotel is very good. Good value with this money. Well, it is not a city center, but only 10 min by walk to nearest subway. Staff is amazing! Altus and Monika in the front desk a extremely good. When I have decided to prolong my last visit and stay a couple days more by mistake I have booked a room with the single bed but they were so kind and found for me another room with queen bed. I was so thankful for this friendly attitude and stayed 3 nights more.. Rooms are clean and full equipped. Thanks to Oksana for her hard works. I a couple of days I am travelling to London again and will definitely stay in this hotel.

I wish to suggest them to upgrade a restaurant menus. It is not bad, but mostly Indian food. I understand that their main customers are from India or East (maybe) but if you stay there more than 2-3 days, your stomach don't feel itself much comfortable )).. And, I would be happy to see more fresh veggies and fresh juices during the breakfast.

First of all, staying here was a GREAT VALUE. I saw groups of airlines staff, like flight attendants and pilots, using this hotel during my stay, as well as military personnel. That's a positive sign when these groups are staying in a facility. Friendly staff, bus stops in front of the hotel, underground transit 10 minutes walk away from two different stations, rooms nice and clean as were the hallways, lobby, and elevators or lifts, no stained or damaged carpets or walls. The bathroom was very clean, modern, with a great shower, both overhead rain shower and an adjustable/portable hand held nozzle head. All the linen was clean and in great condition, no rips, holes, or stains. The hotel was kept nice and warm considering how cold it was outside. The maintenance man was very helpful for giving me a needed electrical adapter so I could recharge my devices. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to say here again.

Although what I ate at the restaurant was good, the menu was mainly geared towards Indian dishes. Breakfast was good but only a buffet was provided so it's expensive for someone who needs to eat a small amount or who wants a particular item(s). Access to the hotel grounds was limited, no dedicated entry for someone walking. The only access was to a far side of the hotel that was intended for automobile access mainly and inconvenient for those walking and approaching from the opposite side of the hotel, especially when it's cold outside. Bed pillows were flat not fluffy and not comfortable. The gym was small with limited accessories but one can make it work. Free bottled water was provided which was nice. No hand sanitizer or cleansing cloths were provided.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, bed comfortable. Room had small fridge, microwave and kettle. We were flying home the afternoon we checked out - we were able to leave car on site after we had checked out (paid parking) and head into London to do some site seeing before heading to airport (some other accommodation sites would not allow this as an option). 15-20 minute walk to train station Does have bag holding area if needed (good to know if you want to site see after checking out). Close to Heathrow (if driving).

Was happy that we could have breakfast on site, just need food warmers to be more effective and to have hot chocolate as an option.

Altus, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable. I hadn't slept all night, had driven in and he accommodated an early check-in without charging extra. He is a classic exanple of service quality at its best.

The following day I got a call in my room at exactly 12:00 noon, the check-out time, as I was about to leave the room anyway to check-out, by the lady on duty at the front desk, saying, in a matter-of-fact curt way, that it was time to check out. Upon going downstairs I asked her if she had called me to check out, which I told her was a rude gesture, she non-chalantly replied, let alone being apologetic: "I called many people based on my list" and then went away doing some other work. She probably needs to learn a thing or two from Altus on customer service.

Location was great for what we needed. Hotel was clean. Staff were lovely, when checking in Rohit was very nice. Chatted to us and had a bit of a laugh, he also gave us a free room upgrade.

Car parking isn't great, there is parking available however very limited. When these spaces are gone, there was apt of cars just abandoned around the carpark, making it hard to move/leave. You also need to pay for the parking separately. While I have no objections to paying, it would have been easier/better if this was included in the initial price of the room. Although I also understand why that could be an issue with it being a small carpark. We also found the mattress to be pretty hard, however we have felt overly hard mattresses has been an issue at a few places we have stayed recently, so maybe it is just us.
