Clean hotel and has shuttle bus to Disneyland.

It is far from the nearest train station and the shuttle services ends too early.

Provided Shuttle bus to Disney; 10min walk from ShinUrayasu station w limousine bus stop to airports ; train station near mall great for shopping. Easy check in and out; friendly staff; washing machine available, clean beddings and good sized toilet. Liked that the room allowed for bigger groups of travellers. We were a group of 6, so booked a room” large enough for 8”. Had enough flow space to open 3 medium luggage bags. Toilet n shower were separated by an inner door

Website stated room was for 8 (5 adult+3 child) but in reality it can hardly sleep us 6 (3 adult+3 children with 2 single-sized bunk beds, and 1 single bed) . Upper bunk also had awkward headroom due to an overhanging beam at the head of the bed. Child bumped head twice. When giving feedback to front desk, the response was for each bunk bed to take 1 adult+1 child… on a single…. To fit 8…. Luckily we had 2 under-7 kids Book this room only if your kids are slim, love to cuddle, and don’t kick while sleeping. Dryers were not efficient in drying the clothes. For a machine full load 30min; the dryer instructions stated putting 6 clothing items to dry for 30min. The bunk beds were good for hanging the washing to set though.

Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay provides free bus shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disneysea and Shin-Urayasu train station for hotel guests regularly every day. The hotel is not big but charming for family since most of the hotel guests are Tokyo Disney goers. The room design is also attractive for family, especially with small children. The room rate is affordable comparing to the similar hotels in the same area.

The hotel facility is very limited considering the small land area of the hotel, there is no garden nor large outdoor space. The room amnenities are also very standard, for instance there is no coffee maker nor instant coffee available inside the room.

They did a great job cleaning our room and you can help yourself to extra toiletries you need downstairs. The free shuttle bus to and from Disney land and sea was great too, it was a comfortable air conditioned ride. It was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were konbini , a chemist and an Aeon store quite close which was handy.

Disney land and sea were a bit further away than I expected about 20 and 30 mins each. It was a bit squishy for 5 of us in one room, not much space for luggage and fridge was small, but it was what we expected from the photos.

The room for 5 people was basic but a decent size, and very clean. Breakfast (western and Japanese) was great. Very close to a convenience store and good restaurants. Great value.

Not super easy to get to from Narita, especially if arriving in the evening (last bus from Narita leaves just after 6pm). Another small niggle - would have been good to have received the shuttle timetable in advance (I requested but it wasn’t sent) so we missed the shuttle from the station because didn’t know the time or location. Shuttle to and from Disney isn’t frequent (we cheekily came home on the bus for the neighbouring hotel).

Perfect for a Tokyo Disney trip with a family. The 5 bed family room was spacious enough for a few nights. The free shuttle bus was convenient, and Shin-Urayasu station is also only one stop away from Maihama. There are also several will stocked convenience stores nearby.

The fridge in our room was not fit for purpose. They have no temperature adjustment, and does not go cold enough to safely store milk products. It is just a cooler, not cold enough to be called a refrigerator.

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 12) travelling to visit Disneyland. Stayed in a bunk room as booked late, but beds were comfy and kids loved the bunks. Clean nice room with toiletries provided. Buffet breakfast was excellent, so much great food both western and Japanese to try. Hotel was a great price, with free shuttle to/from Disney and the train. Cheap taxi from station if you arrive late and weary and miss the shuttle! They leave down past the buses outside the station.

After checking out I noticed additional charges from the hotel on my credit card which was confusing, the hotel responded to emails via booking.com and clarified the charge was correct but would have been less stressful to get a message about this first, being not used to Yen yet we didn’t realise the room charge wasn’t correct.

Fresh and clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Shuttle bus to/from DL, DS, and station. Buffet breakfast is free. Kids loved the dessert options. Check in/out very quick. Staff helpful. We could see the DL fireworks from our window and also mt Fuji in the distance.

Hotel shuttle buses can get very overcrowded. No gluten free bread options (or many other GF options) for breakfast. No real coffee. No milk options other than full cream for cereals and drinks.

THE OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE WITHIN THE BUILDING WERE ALSO APPRECIATED SPECIFICALLY THE ICE CUBE DISPENSER, THE VENDING MACHINES FOR DRINKS AND NOODLES, MICROWAVE IN THE LOBBY AND THE COIN OPERATED LAUNDRY. 3. I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT IF COFFEE, SUGAR AND CREAMER SACHETS WERE PROVIDED IN THE ROOM IN ADDITION TO OR INSTEAD OF TEA SACHETS. WE WOULD HAVE WANTED A BIGGER ROOM BECAUSE ALL 5 OF US WERE CRAMPED BUT I GUESS THE SIZE OF IBIS ROOMS WORLD-WIDE IS UNIFORMLY SMALL.

The pricing / what you get is really good here. I liked that there was shuttle bus to Disney amusement parks. The breakfast was surprisingly great and I got something to eat even as a vegan person.

Although the breakfast was good I still wish there would be more protein sources for vegan customers. These sources could be nuts, seeds, soy-based meat substitutes etc. I got bit hungry early because of that.
