We really enjoyed our stay at The Red Horse Inn. Our room was so quaint with beautiful white wicker furniture together with a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The queen bed was very comfortable and we had a really relaxing sleep each night. The inn has a cosy breakfast room (LeBarn) where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast each morning or take it outside and eat in the garden which we did in the late September sunshine. At night we enjoyed sitting relaxing by the fire in LeBarn chatting with other residents and enjoying complimentary tea and coffee. Thanks to you all at The Red Horse Inn..we had a 'champion' stay and would love to return to this gorgeous part of New England.

Everything was great

A quaint inn on the outside. Our room was so beyond clean and I loved the beach vibes of the decor. There was a mini fridge in our room and AC worked great for the intense heatwave. There is "The Barn" which is a little shed like area with 24/7 available beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, breakfast bites, tea and cork screws and wine glasses for if you'd like to sit outside in the little courtyard area to enjoy some wine with friends. For the price this was a great bang for the buck. I appreciate small mom and pop type of inns with unique charm instead of corporate hotel vibes. Cindy - the owner was super friendly and helped us with our parking sticker for the beaches which are so close by. We were also close to Main street where all the Falmouth restaurants and stores are.

My wife and I spent two nights here for a last minute getaway. Did not have a lot of choices due to the fact it was last minute but very very happy this was available. Very nice and attentive staff greeted us at check-in the rooms were very well kept and it really felt like a Cape Cod room. Bedding was clean and comfortable, and room remade on a daily basis. Just minutes away from the beach, ferries to the vineyard and Main Street. The only thing that could have been better was morning breakfast, a bit underwhelming and the weather but that is not the Inns issue. We will definately stay hear again as a first choice.

Breakfast Choices

Red Horse Inn was fantastic! I came down for the Falmouth Road Race and everything was so smooth. The owner was very quick to respond to questions, had breakfast out early for runners, and the place was SO clean! Every detail was perfect, and as a bonus, we could walk to the race buses/back from the finish.

Booking out so far in advance- already fully booked for next summer so I won't be able to visit again soon.

It was a quaint little well maintained, family owned in. The owner was absolutely fantastic, and the staff was great. They helped us upstairs with our luggage. The rooms were clean, very quaint. I would highly recommend it to anyone. And I would definitely stay there again.

All the room's facilities were great ie TV, shower, beds. Easy access to breakfast room. Coffee standard was good. Plenty of water available. Location perfect for access to Island Queen ferry, 5 mins. stroll.

Limited choice in breakfast room ie no hot food. Cereals were sugary. Laundry fumes drifted came into room via our open window when laundry was operating.

We liked the "barn" where coffee, bagels, muffins and assorted juices where layed out for everyone. We actually had an early wake up for a road race, and breakfast was there for us at 4:30 AM! Cindy was great and made sure we were all ready for race day!

The Red Horse Inn (really more like a motel than an "inn"- not a criticism, just an observation) exceeded our expectations. The facilities are clean, the manager (Kathy) was friendly and efficient, and the price was reasonable. While nothing fancy, the breakfast offerings (coffee, muffins, bagels, etc.) were a welcome surprise and a bonus as far as we were concerned. (I mention this in part because some reviewers were critical of the breakfast.)

I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. If you are looking for someplace luxurious with a lot of bells and whistles that is on the water or has a scenic view, this is not for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a practical, clean, reasonably priced place to spend a night or two, it is a good choice.

Everything was great!! Clean, comfortable, and Cindy, the owner, was very pleasant and friendly 😊. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends, and I will be coming back. Very close to everything!! Walking distance to Falmouth Heights beach, The Island Queen Ferry, supermarket, many restaurants, and the gym.

I loved everything!!!

The room was soo homey and comfortable. Super clean. So many products in the bathroom and next to the hot tub. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that didn’t have half of these things. It’s walking distance from everything including the beach. I can’t wait to come back.

Mmm maybe have a smart tv to stream movies because watching cable was … not fun.
