We stayed in a little bungalow in the ground with a beautiful shady terrace overlooking the countryside and sea. It was a studio room with a small bathroom. The kitchen was tiny but enough for a few days. We loved the terrace and the bed was large and comfortable. The grounds, buildings and plants were beautiful. Lakithra is a very pretty area and it's not far driving to the sandy beaches. A car is needed.

Very pleasant property with all the amenities one family needs for the perfect holiday… big pool, barbecue place, lots of shade, lovely hosts, great sea view from balcony. There are some nice beaches just 10 min drive away as well as main city for evening out and Lidl for groceries.

Apartment was very nice and clean with AC in both rooms. Cleaning service and change of towels everyday, we really appreciated it. View from upper terrace was beautiful especially in the evening hours. Pool was little bit far away from the apartment, in the second complex of apartments. Very good base location for visiting the island and its beautiful beaches.

In the shower, almost every night we felt small electricity burning our fingers which is not adequate and safe. We reported to the host lady but nothing changed. WIFI reception was bad.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Theodora. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything one might need. It has a great,big terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. There is a big garden with a BBQ and a great pool. The location is also nice, quiet and close to some of the nicest beaches on the island. There is a market and a restaurant close by. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and in excellent condition. The view from the balcony and the shared pool is superb. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The village is a short walk away. It is small and quiet, but has a bakers, small market, a bar and a couple of restaurants. It is about a 10 minute drive to the nearby beaches which are absolutely stunning. Overall, a great place to stay.

The kitchen facilities in the apartment are basic, and don’t include an oven.

The grounds of the complex are gorgeous and beautifully kept, but the star of the show is the incredible 180 degree view of the coast, from the fabulous pool area. The rooms are fairly basic but had all the amenities you need. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. They could teach some 5* hotels a thing or two. Shout out to Emiliano for the warm welcome, and to Johanna and Marta for their warm and efficient excellent customer service. Will be recommending Villa Theodora to friends.

The only criticism was that one of the single beds has a wooden bar along it so makes it uncomfortable to sit or sleep on.

The rooms were very tidy and clean, plenty of space in all. From the terrace there is a wonderful view, there is a large table with chairs where you can admire the landscape in the mornings and evenings. The yard is large and well-kept, children can play peacefully. Outside there is a large barbecue, where in the evening one can sit and eat in peace. I was able to charge my hybrid car. The hostess could learn a little better English.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Theodora in Lakithra. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. The views were spectacular. A short walk to the shared pool which the kids loved. Some lovely restaurants and beaches within driving distance makes the villa a great base to explore from.

Not much not to like! We were aware of the location in advance so this is not a criticism. More for other guests to be aware. The villa is located up steep and windy roads, about 10 to 15 mins drive to the nearest beaches. A car is of course essential to make the most of the area. So as long as you are aware then you will enjoy. Plus it really makes the views amazing.

A warm welcome from Marta, everything you could need and they went out of their way to help you. The accommodation was perfect for us two. The grounds and pool were gorgeous. There is a mini market and grill house minutes walk away. The grill house Obelix is fantastic.

You need a car because Villa Theodora is a bit remote. Our room was next to the cleaning station and it was a bit noisy from 7am.

Lovely apartment with large patio & fabulous sea view. Quiet & spacious. Small kitchenette, modern bathroom, lovely Greek style living area. Helpful staff. Close to excellent grill restaurant & small mini market (walking distance). Parking on site - you will need a car. Absolutely loved it here & would not hesitate to book again.

Could do with a reception area.
