The check-in was super simple. Parking is spacious and has around 10 spots. The room despite not being big, had an amazing view and was super clean. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with the internet connection.

Don't ask for breakfast. Just drop by ALDI nearby. We paid 35 euros for the cold snacks that should have been included, considering the price of the stay.

It was clean and secure, I felt safe.

I thought it was a SPA. There was no pool, no jacuzzi, just a hot box downstairs and that closed at 4:30. Very hard to find, the address is not on the street, you have to drive passed down the street to the next block, turn on a street not marked, and then there was the sign..

Very pretty hotel, perfect with any means of transport (by foot, bike or car). The room was clean -though a little dark, contrasting with a bright and modern bathroom. The services available were very nice, with environmentally conscious details everywhere.

The staff was not around much: I only managed to catch one of them upon arrival and right before departure. I had to leave my luggage in an unlocked and unattended "library" before having access to the room on the day I arrived (thankfully I had locks on my suitcases and the other hotel guests were nice so nothing happened).

Fantastic location in a beautiful garden. Generous size room and ample parking. A very welcoming and helpful staff - both reception and breakfast room. Good selection of fresh delicious food for breakfast. Walking distance to Füssen - with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. A complimentary bottle of local red wine in our room was a lovely surprise. All made a perfect base for exploring beautiful Schwangau area.

The hotel is located in a separate facility surrounded by small park, which you can enjoy walking. We were able to pick-up the keys ourselves at the entrance. The hotel located in a walking distance from the city center, there's also a supermarket just around the corner. Our stay included breakfast, which we were enjoying in a separate small restaurant room as we were staying with our dog. The breakfast included all basis staff to be prepared to the active day in the mountains. The room was cozy and clean, with nice shared balcony and a view to the mountains. The location is really quiet. We enjoyed the our stay there.

The check in instructions were easy to follow and there was plenty of parking. I was only here for one night and I got here late so I didn’t get to enjoy any amenities but I loved the decor and how each room number was with a bottle of wine. I had a beautiful view of the mountains.

There were not clear instructions on what to do if you check out before reception opens at 8 so I just had to guess to leave the key at the front desk. The bed was a little hard.

is hotel is in an old restorated building, it hat some kind of new painting new restorated smell. it was very quiet, clean and warm in December. der was a Sauna in this place which l didn't have time to use it. it's about 10 to 12 minutes walk to get to city center.

The area is quiet and lovely especially if you have some snow like we did. There is enough space to park and you are close to the famous castle (10min drive) or 10min to restaurants and city centre.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room maybe, and the curtain was not big enough for the window we had too much light in the morning

Great location, but in particular the extra help provided by Torsten when we thought we had left our passports at a previous accomodation. He immediately called and waited around for a return call. Fortunately we located them down the side of the seat in our car. Very helpful and considerate staff fir a non-German speaking couple from NZ

Very quaint BnB like feel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area with great views of the mountains and grounds. Interiors very homely and cottage like. Add on breakfast, it’s very good!

The shower head didn’t stay up and the laundry machines had an error to operate on the day we tried to use them.
