The morning staff was great to interact with- specially Denise and Shon! Great job with hiring. It appears that everyone gets along well and enjoy their jobs. The valet staff was very kind and helpful.

I was not told about creating an IHG account, so I did not get the points and I was there four nights. I went to a Holiday Inn Express for my next stop and the staff there encouraged me to sign up and gave me the QR code. The person that was in the restaurant the night I arrived, October 29th, was dismissive as if I was bothering him. I do understand bad days or moments, but I also know not to treat customers in that manner. He was the only one that I had a negative interaction with.

Everything was great. The staff were nice and polite. Beautiful hotel, very clean and very comfortable bed. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

I like the hotel and mostly the location. One thing I would like them to be specific is their breakfast menu. We paid for breakfast already. My husband asked for a little bellpaper in his eggs, and I asked for yogurt .. and we were charged an extra $19 (overcharged)!! That's the only thing I was not pleased with. Otherwise, everything was great

Very quiet, clean, relaxing. The breakfast is good. The staff and hotel makes the experience living here awesome.

The hotel is still renovating the outside and it can make it hard to get to Valet. Waiting and having to call the Valet was irritating. Valet not readily available was irritating but in their defense, it was cold outside the days i was here at this hotel.

in the room, good mattress, keurig machine for coffee, pillows were firmer, shower was walk in stall, lots of power to charge items. the bed was really comfortable however the comforter was just a single piece so when i got too hot it was either off or on, it could be better with layers

for a standard room it exceeded my typical expectations, i stay at may hotels, this was a pleasant surprise

It was just a good all around experience. It started with the gentleman who checked us in. Wish I could remember his name. He was awesome! He gave us great info about our event we were attending. Made us feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort the bed was perfect!! Room was very clean! Shower was nice as well.

Great location. Across the street from the Majestic Theater so ideal for concerts. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage was easy & saw 2 security guards late at night securing the property.

The bathroom was a little cramped, but you need also another mirror and also you need to put the TV on the wall. It’s hard for the other person to see the TV and a two bed for overall you guys are awesome. I’m coming back with my husband next time.

Please change information in email communication from property. Still sounds like in pandemic. Says mask must be worn and room is cleaned every 5 days.

Larry our Bell Captain was eager to help us every time we came in or out of the hotel. Dora was just as helpful. All staff were helpful and courteous. Bed was very comfy and the shower was above and beyond!

When you get to the Hotel we weren't sure how to access the property so we found a lot and called to ask the front desk. You guys could explain this better and if you did somewhere on your website we missed it. Usually people see like an awning extending out and just know that you pull up right there and Valet takes over.

When we arrived everyone greeted us so warmly. The valet was extremely helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was so helpful as I was with my mobility impaired father. We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.
