Everything was great except for the breakfast. I would give an excellent rating if it wasn’t for that. All staff members were very friendly and helpful except for one breakfast staff member. The room was very nice and clean. We had a 19 month old and there was a lot of space for her to move around.

🍳 breakfast. You advertise that you have a good breakfast on the website. We were at breakfast at 9. There was no milk for cereal nor orange juice. The server was rude when we asked for milk. She said they didn’t have any. Only bagels, sliced bread, five sausages. No pancakes or waffles,no pastries. The only fruit was green apples. Not everyone eats grits and eggs. . Many, many more people came in while we were there. They asked for milk and juice and were spoken to rudely. People were complaining.

Rooms were nice and spacious—very clean. Staff were super friendly and attentive; there was always someone at the front desk. Had an issue with my room but they fixed it immediately.

Ice machines aren’t on every floor BUT it wasn’t a big deal.

The breakfast was actually quite good. We are not heavy breakfast eaters, but it was adequate. The coffee was very good!

A negative was not having ice and vending on our floor. We had to use the elevator, only had one, and it was very slow.

Unable to get breakfast due to my schedule having to be at work. However, it was very nice to have the option to eat if I had the time. The location was great .

I stayed on the 4th floor, the heating in the hallway was not working properly , temperature inside was very cold.

the room was great, the location was very nice. check in and check out was very fast, no problem. the pool was clean. we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away.

the entrance front and back were not clean, paper on the floor, and it smelled like it was mopped with old mop water. the breakfast was ok, coffee was cold, waffles hard.

the room was really nice. the handle on the toilet needs fixing asap!

it smelled like poop in the lobby and the toilet wasn’t working properly. the check in time on booking says 3 but the hotel says 4. please get a clear understanding.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The facility was clean. We had no problems or complaints.

Guest allowed to eat breakfast in pajamas and bonnets. Definitely not a fan.

Location is great.

Pool was cloudy and pump not running. Water was cool and that was the main thing. Bed was uncomfortable to me. Pillows very soft and 2 outlets by the bed didn't work ( I did notify desk associates).

Good stay. Evn though there was an event downstairs, the noise or sound did not impede my rest or peace during this stay. The staff was efficient and nice though I checked in late.

Had a few bugs in the shower and along the way. Not roaches, just the bugs that come out that time of the year. Get a treatment please.
