The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming. Their helpfulness and attentiveness made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing lemon water, a small but thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. The hotel provided ample parking space, which is always a relief for those of us traveling by car. Our room was well ventilated and had plenty of natural light, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The air conditioning in the room was top-notch, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment. The breakfast buffet lived up to the high standards expected from an IBIS hotel, with a variety of options to start the day right. A large mall was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to find anything we needed during our stay.

Unfortunately, we underestimated the hotel’s location. Traveling with a 9-month-old child, we found it challenging to navigate the city due to the distance from central Barcelona. The metro system was unreliable with frequent delays and cancellations, and the lack of escalators or lifts at several stations made it difficult with a stroller. As a result, we relied heavily on taxis, which increased our travel expenses and rendered our city transport tickets somewhat useless. The bathroom were compact, as we traveled with a kid.

It was clean, tidy and the breakfast although not with as many options as I would have liked had some excellent quality food - a very pleasant surprise. Super fresh bread and tortilla de patata as well as juice and some very yummy sausages. The room itself was basic, but very well kept and the personnel was friendly

There isn’t parking available for the hotel itself so we had to go to the next street over which had a bit of a funky smell from the factories about. Not the fault of the hotel, of course but a little inconvenient to walk the distance with a lot of luggage.

The staff were great. The hotel was Clean in a good location. They have a wide variety for breakfast amd I did enjoy my stay overall with a shopping centre walking distance.

On my son birthday April 4th I had a terrible experience. The water in the hotel was totally dirty . I was going to give my toddler a shower and after opening the tap what we had was dirty smelly water. I grabbed my son and in his towel I went to find out what's the cause of that. I was told by a not to pleasant receptionist there are people doing some work, so the water will be dirty until they're done. I said why wasn't people staying at the hotel informed. She could not answer that. I said I have used that water in my son , so would it be possible to get some type of clean water to rinse him off its his birthday and I have made plans for him. Long story short we got some clean water to rinse off but I was not happy about not being told about the maintenance

Ibis never disappoints. Same standard everywhere around the world. Simple and to the point. We knew we were arriving Barcelona late and needed a place to rest upon our midnight arrival before moving to our accommodation in the central Barcelona. It is around 13 mins from the airport. We paid to the taxi around 26 euros. We were warmly welcomed by friendly Carmel at that late hour. The room was clean and the toilet too. It had towels. Breakfast was also simple and good value for the money. We took a quick stroll around the hotel in the morning. It is located in a very chilled area. Definitely recommend it.

Our check-in was pretty smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped us keep our luggage safe before we could even check in. The check-in was pretty quick and without any complications. We were pretty low maintenance and did not require too much further assistance during our stay

I did not mind the size of the second bed (It was twin, I believe) But the mattress on it did not feel comfortable. Also, we would have liked a trashcan in the common area not just the bathroom.

Location was better than i thought, all the staff and guest are very welcoming and polite.

The rooms need to be debugged or sommething kept gettimg bitten every night. The room service needs to have more of a range of food and the hours are too short of service.

Friendly and simple check-in / check-out, we had two small double rooms which were accessible by lift to the third floor. Pet friendly. Very good breakfast, everything looked fresh and appetizing, it was nice to sit outside for breakfast on a cosy patio area surrounded by trees, bushes and plants - you really didn´t feel as if you were on the outskirts of Barcelona. We arrived on the Sunday and were hungry. We walked just around the corner and there was a huge shopping centre. The shops were closed but there were several eating places which were open, so this was really convienient. Parking onsite surrounded by trees and grass - great for a midnight wee-wee for our dog. We drove into the centre of Barcelona from here, it took about 20 minutes.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. There was water & candy in the lobby for guests to grab at anytime, the breakfast (you have to pay for) but was really good for the price! Probably the best spread I have seen in a hotel anywhere. Many types of breads & pastries, coffee machine to choose any kind of coffee you’d like like a latte or mocha, as well as drip coffee and juices. Many cheeses & meats & fruits available too!

I almost slipped getting into/out of the shower. I think they should have a slip mat available as there was a step up/ down out of the shower and that could potentially be dangerous for older people.

Very helpful staff. The hotel seems to be pretty safe to stay in.

Unfortunately, fell down from the stairs outside (didn’t notice them) and it turned out I broke my ankle(((( I suggest to put some kind of safe indicators on that stairs, because they visually merge when you are approaching from the entrance, especially when it’s sunny outside.

This is and hotel to stay if you have a car and want to avoid the confusion of the city center. The check in was fast and easy, it is near the train station, about 20 min walking. And the breakfast was very good for the price we paid (included in the reservation). To come back!

Considering the price and the type of hotel, there's nothing negative to say.
