Many activities to do with your family like bolos or videogames. The food was high quality and price fair. Pools area and sea were clean and safe. They allow me to stay on hotel on all the facilities waiting for my plane.

My air conditioner, the air equipment inside principal room was very loud. Difficult to sleep with so much noise. I asked for some time to checkout, they give me half hour, but gives an hour to other guests without any additional cost. Key was not operative at the time to enter my room. That was not a good mood to finish a stay.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Zuana Beach Resort. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood out. The resort offers convenience with on-site amenities like an ATM, minimarket, and spa. The spacious, clean rooms added to the positive experience. However, a map of the expansive resort would be beneficial to navigate easily. Additionally, more vegetarian options in the restaurant would be appreciated, and including soap and washing-up essentials would enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these suggestions, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the resort's offerings.

The staff were professional, yet caring. Every area of the resort had great service. The rooms were very comfortable for the 5 of us and the view was exactly what we were wanting/expecting. Loved the bowling/games area + the pool/jacuzzi areas. And the dance classes throughout the day were so fun!

The food selection in the pool area came from the same restaurant. So while we lounged at the pool, it was the same menu as when we had dinner. So although there was variety on the menu, I felt like it lacked variety for kids and pool setting

Nothing that has to be with the hotel, is with the politics, is sad to see how far from the main cities is Santa Marta, you can see a big gap between poor people and wealthy, I saw lots of things according to this and how hard the people have to work in Bello Horizonte, El Rodadero and Santa Marta.

I wish that the star ratings were kept to the International standard. this is a nice property, but far from 5 star. at best it’s a 3.5 star by any international standard. plastic chairs on the balcony, no shampoo or toiletries, bedding is basic … the property is fine and comfortable but quite misleading if your looking for luxury, as it is advertised.

The staff was amazing, Luis at Ziruma Bar, Danna and Yulianna at the breakfast. The entertainment staff was full of energy and creativity. ( Chocorramo, Coco, Gaby Etc) Josue the best dancer! My kids lived all the activities they had for them and we won multiple times!

When we check in it was not properly clean it coyld have been yo give us the room fast, cause the rest of the days our room was clean and organized.

The staff were very friendly and always trying to mae our stay more enjoyable. They were also very kid friendly and went out of their way to make sure that my 4 year old had a great time. Lots of activities for adults and kids throughout the day.

key didn’t work after a day and we had to go 2 times to get it fixed. and we didn’t have water so we had to buy which took a bit long but was ok check out was 12 but at 11 they reset the key so shouldn’t be like that therefore we did check out late thanks they didn’t say anything. buffet we didn’t have it one day because very early they took it.

Zuana Beach Resort is excellent, beautiful resort best, in Santa Marta on the beach, big resort lots of space to roam around. The main pool is so warm was amazing, lots of staff around the pool if you want food or drinks. The WiFi in the room was excellent we stayed in the Tower my wife was able to work remotely every day no problem at all. We have also stayed at the Marriott down the road, this is way better for longer stays. There is also a little outside mall about 10 minute walk up the road, with multiple restaurants, Ice cream, shops etc. Also a grocery store ( Olympica) is right around the corner from the resort 100% recommend Zuana will be back again

About the only flaw would be the water pressure in the shower is a little low, king sized bed was pretty firm.

Pools were clean and great. Excellent security on the beach and the road. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The restaurants had a good selection for lunch and dinner.

The bowling and other game activities were a little expensive. But it was a good place to escape the sun for a couple hours.
