Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Bottled water provided every day with n the room. Quiet location.

Nothing to dislike about the property. The only negative was at breakfast time on one occasion we had to ask to be supplied with a bowl and cups (self service so these items should be kept stocked up) and one other morning although we were told that breakfast was served until 10am, on arriving for breakfast at 9.25 it was to find that almost all the food had been cleared away early and the staff member made it clear that he was not happy that we wanted our breakfast !

The staff when we checked in, were very professional with well-welcoming. Their recommendation of the restaurant was also excellent. The room was cozy with clean facilities and free water was provided.

It is far from the town of Amiens, but there is no problem if you travel by car. We could not use the spa facilities because it was booked for St. Valentine's Day. We wish the variation of breakfast would be better.

The property had two fast EV charging points in their car park, which we made full use off. The location was just outside of Amiens but it had a Hippopotamus Steak House right next door, don’t be put off by the name as they catered very well for vegetarians.

The room was spotlessly clean, however the breakfast room was slow to be cleaned (depending on which staff were in) and they have a habit of moving unused cutlery to other tables. A couple of times we had cutlery on our table that had obviously been used previously.

I liked the location, easy to find and near the motorway for the trip home via Calais. The hippopotamus restaurant next door was useful as there seemed to be nowhere else to eat. Our room was very quiet, looking out over the potato field. We are planning to return as an overnight next time we travel this way.

Nothing really i did not like, the room design and colours were a bit wacky but functional and clean

The hotel is spotless - it is kept very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our pet was also able to stay. We were looking for a place to stay on our way from the South of France back to NL with a 24 hour reception as we were arriving late. There was also free parking available.

We felt the hotel was expensive for where it was located. We also had breakfast. It was very basic, over priced.

Easy to find stop off, outside of town, not too far from main route from Calais to the Loire Valley, and with a Hippopotam Restaurant next door. Staff very friendly, warm and helpful. Beautiful wooden bench in the reception area. No noise from other rooms, all very clean, good air-con. On site gated car park in front of reception (left my bikes locked on roof rack, no problems). Breakfast was excellent - continental, but also had bacon, hotdogs as sausages, and scrambled eggs, good serve yourself coffee machine and a frozen yoghurt machine (whatever that is). there's a good Grill restaurant next door, decent steak, some salads, draught beer, decent wine.

Very comfortable room. Friendly reception. Breakfast fine. Plenty of hot water, nice shower.. Dinner next door excellent.

Paper cups in room. Only 1 room key card. 2 would be better. Aircon fan noisy. Turned it off but it was very warm in the room. Paid on arrival, then asked to pay again on departure. A bit annoying.

I often stay at the Kyriad chain, but this is new, Kyriad Prestige is new, the hotel was brand new, clean and well laid out. the room was a good size, and the shower was superb. The bed and pillows Yes more than one pillow) were cosy and comfortable. next door was a Hippo restaurant, which I also found to be good quality. I highly recommend this hotel

the Bathroom door has a heavy duty closing mechanism. it not necessary on a bathroom door, and make getting up in the night a noisy process

Really good location to drive to the Eurotunnel crossing for the next morning, only 150kms. The room was clean, comfortable and the restaurant was perfect for an overnight stay. We were traveling on motorcycles and made it a perfect stop just 5 minutes away from the motorway and fuel station.

Nothing to mention other than the SPA was extra and needed advanced time to warm up, but the shower in the room made up for the lack of spa experiance

Nice room, breakfast could be better, but ok, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good location, easy access to the highway.

There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom, I had to buy an extension cord to run it from the room outlet to my electric water toothbrush.
