We had already booked another hotel in the area, but it did not meet our expectations so we switched at the last minute to this hotel. As soon as we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. My wife and I are both runners but we do not enjoy working out in the provided fitness centers. This hotel is right next to a fantastic river pathway that was great for a morning run. Our kids enjoyed the pool experience and overall it was a terrific stay.

Our dog got into some brambles near the property so just be careful if you bring a pet to not let them stray too far from where you are. Otherwise, no complaints from us about this hotel.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was exceptional (the best continental breakfast that I’ve ever had), staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are big, pet friendly, and location is safe for female travelers. I was worried about if it was in a safe area since it would be girls only going on the trip. It was right by a Whole Foods and Pilates classes

The only downside is that the parking is downhill (on the first floor) and that the front desk is at the top of the hill (on the second floor). There is another entrance by the parking lot though

Clean, quiet, comfy. Great staff, always friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome. Incredible room suite...home away from home. This location has caused me to join the loyalty program and I will look for Residence Inns in other locations. Highly recommended.

Toilet paper holder was busted. I told the front desk on the way out.

The room was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast offerings. The place was very clean, modern, and I felt safe. I will stay here again.

I would have liked a poster on the room door telling me breakfast days and times along with other amenities such as the gym, washer and dryer, etc. That would have been helpful.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good facilities. We used the Laundry, Gym and Pool. Clean modern studio room. Good proximity to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast selection.

The only minor thing was the shower pressure, but it was hot and drained well.

We loved our stay at Residence Inn! The property, rooms, and location exceeded our expectations. It is literally bordered by high-end shops and restaurants (Whole Foods, REI, Cava, etc.) and a river with a walking/biking trail. Breakfast was great, and we were the only ones in the gym the days we used it. Plus, it's about three miles to the TCU campus. We will be back!

The main downside about the pool is its location, out front and visible from the parking lot across the street. Some privacy screening on the fence would solve that nicely. And, the waffle station at breakfast was cramped and often had a line. That's about it, though. No other complaints.

We checked in fairly late. Shanti at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly and accommodating. Any hotel would be lucky to have someone so nice and helpful.

One of the trash cans in our room had not been emptied, but other than that, it was great.

We ended up in a room that was an Accessible hotel room, which we had not requested. It was a little inconvenient in the bathroom.

Location was great. Breakfast was great with great coffee and servers where very nice. Very quiet building and very clean.
