Entertainment options for children in the hotel ( bowling, kids corner, air hockey, table tennis etc ). The food in the restaurant was good including the breakfast. The swimming pool in the 5th floor and the sauna ( we have not been to the sauna because our children don’t like it). Also there is a Thai massage salon ( we have not used it). We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

The reception / entrance area was not very inviting and it could be improved. The restaurant area was a bit outdated and we think the overall design of the hotel could be more modern. Please note that the parking costs extra and is not included in the price.

The room was comfortable. The swimming pool was good and refreshing and the rooftop bar/ restaurant was very nice. I didn't have high hopes but was pleasantly surprised with it all.

While most everything was perfect there is always something that could be better. The breakfast was good and plenty but the tables were not cleaned from previous breakfast guests so it was difficult to find an available place to eat breakfast that did not have someone elses used breakfast dishes. Staff were slow to clean tables for other breakfast guests.

Very good price/value at the time of our travel. Parking on 3rd floor was exotic, but under the roof (paid 45 PLN for night ~11 EUR). Nice swimming pool with a view on 5th floor, sauna and roof terrace with a bar. Spacious room with AC (very important during summer time travel). Nice churches around the corner. Very wide choice for breakfast - good one. Large inner yard/terrace accessible from the room (and from other rooms on the floor). Friendly staff.

Location is practically in the town square with nice rooftop views from the big balcony rooms facing the street, the staff I found friendly and helpful, and a decent breakfast with good variety.

The rooftop that used to be a "club" was run down, which is a shame considering it's a perfect place to relax, and I'm not sure all the facilities were available? The restaurant was understaffed during meals, and the barlady was also a waitress, so service was a bit slow. Rooms getting a bit '90s feel already.

Such a lovely place. Everything is clean, rooms are big and cosy. Pool and Sauna on top of the hotel are top! And there is also a possibility to play tennis at the roof of the hotel! And a large and well equipped gym available. Only warning is that I should imagine that on weekends the rooftop party place might make it hard to sleep. Then again if drinks and dancing is your game… ☺️ P.S. Check the Italian restaurant near the church! Loved the pasta there!

I think, we like everything there - breakfast was tasty, room clean and on the same floor like the swimming pool. Lokation - in the cetre of town is great too.

The hotel didn´t do, what promissed - we wanted a room with bathtube...there was a shower....we wanted the reservation for bowling - they wrote to me "we done"...but it was not truth. Is not good:o(

Great facilities for children. Amazing to rest in the pool and sauna. Breakfast was good. Views are great. The triple room we stayed in was very spacious and we slept very well. Reasonable prices

Hotel is big and we got lost a couple of times, signage could be improved. One of the lifts didn’t work

Were able to check in late with no problems, also extended our stay by one day in same room at same rate. Very friendly and helpful receptionists, We made good use of swimming, games room and bowling, and this made our stay super enjoyable.

Staff didn't seem to be fully in control of breakfast on second day. Coffee machine wasn't working correctly and many things had run out a full hour before end of breakfast period. Our room was on 4th floor and there is a disco at night at the rooftop bar. We could hear the music on our room, but it was bearable and we slept ok. We were dining at the rooftop bar, but were kicked out at 9pm due to the disco beginning and kids lot being allowed. Understandable but not really OK. There were no snacks or food avaible in the games room?!

We have arrived and were promptly checked in, explained about parking which was an additional fee- we chose to pay for 2 days. very handy having parking on the site, Hotel is in walking distance of 3min from the main square with restaurants and a beautiful old town. Galeria Piastow Shopping mall 5 min walk. In the hotel we had full use of facilities. Bowling alley and arcades to entertain, night club close by free entrance for hotel guests, and fantastic spa which we took full advantage of. Highly recommend, very happy with the stay

I am staying here quit often due to work. I highly recommend this hotel. After hard day swimming pool and sauna are amazing. Massage as well. Delicious food, and very friendly and helpful staff.
