The owner and staff were very friendly! We really appreciated that the coffee/cocoa machine was never shut off, and you could wander down to the kitchen at any time of night to have a hot beverage. Thank you for that! Nice breakfast variety as well.

I have problems with my low back and need a firm mattress. The mattress in our room was too soft, leaving me with a lot of pain. Someone on our floor consistently smoked so much pot that it wafted in under the door to our room, and the hallway was cloudy with smoke. No staff addressed this during our entire stay.

staff was over the top helpful. our son, who was getting deployed the following morning, decided to stay with us rather than the armory. We booked a KING room - no other bed. Staff was quick to bring a roll away and did not charge us anything extra.

air conditioner and fridge too loud - i need to travel with a white noise device to drown out other issues. Bed could use better pillows - I see that many hotels are going to these smaller pillows - but I do not find them comfortable.

Location is great near some scenic trails around the city. Very good amenities including pool, and gym!

The door at the far end of the propery didn't have key card access. Would have to go to the front door every time for access to the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was in a nice location and not a lot of traffic noise. The pool and hot tub area was always clean and stocked with towels. the breakfast was always hot and tasty, and the lady that maintained the dining area was always welcoming.

The bed frame was a little noisy when you sat on it, but otherwise fine.

Middle of lobby and 1st level hallway are wood looking tile and extremely noisy. we stayed on the ground floor and starting at 3:30am noisy talking in that area until 5:00am. Was it staff or others and why weren’t they asked to be quite at that hour. Breakfast at and the Ice maker noisy at 5:00am

Size of the room was great for a long stay. Very clean throughout the building and in our room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

When checking in the front desk person could not find our pre paid for reservation. I had some anxiety!

The front counter staff was very friendly - they tried to accommodate the best they could on a very busy weekend. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus after a busy day.

Room had a bit of a stale smell when entering. Breakfast was good for what was available - busy morning with only one person working the breakfast area; she couldn't keep up to the demand of a full lounge solo. needed another person to help out.

Coffee was good, Fruit available 24/7. Staff was very pleasant and responsive.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on second day of stay.
