This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and well located- it's only a 25 minute drive to the heart of the tourist attractions in DC. There is a large outdoor shopping center next to it, so you can walk to a bunch of restaurants & shops and you can walk to a free EV charger. The property has some nice landscaping. We stayed here while visiting DC and we were glad we did. The bed was very comfy. It's also great to have the full size fridge.

The free breakfast wasn't that great- they could have more selection.

I really liked the room. Spacious and equipped with most of what one might need. Cheap laundry and a fitness room supplied with a good weight range dumbbells. Clean and respectable property.

The wi-fi was bad. At least in my room, the connection was extremely unstable and would disconnect repeatedly every few seconds. Practically unusable except in the bathroom where it sometimes worked well enough for extended periods of time but then would have the same problem as observed in every other part of the room.

1) Booking.com added my middle initial to my last name and hotel's desk person could not find my reservation at first. Even showing him emails from Town Center in Bowie he insisted I call them instead of looking up by my first name. After 15-20 minutes as I was about to call, he then searched and found my reservation 🤔🤔 2) The shower head in room 229 was not bolted or cemented to the shower wall

The registration was a problem. I booked the stay on 11/7 204 and received confirmation. I arrived at about 6pm and was told there was no registration. After about an hour I spoke with George ( forgot the last name but wrote it down) , who after going back n forth, indicated that my check in was 7pm but my confirmation indicates a check in time from 3pm.

Great location with walking distance to the shops. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area had almost everything one needed. The breakfast was good with fresh topping up’s constantly. The staff were outstanding, helpful and friendly.

The room was cleaned only once for eight days and the bedding was not changed at all. Maybe it was only on our floor as we saw the cleaners on other floors were working hard.

Staff were friendly and accommodating from phone to face. Donna, William, Alexis (GM), and Sandy. Breakfast was really good, especially hot oatmeal, hot breakfast bagel, and hot mini cheese & veggie omelette. Nice variety of grab & go, or stay and eat.

Not enough luggage carts. We had to make two trips downstairs to get our belongings in the car. Parking spaces filled up at night The property could invest in some flat, cafeteria-style trays to carry breakfast to your suite. Also, breakfast could end at 10a, instead of 9a, so you don't have to rush before closing or clean-up. Really good breakfast.

Staff were helpful. Coffee was excellent. Several egg selections, bacon/sausage, bagels. Toaster waffles were great. 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal with toppings.

Handicapped room was far from the elevator. The hotel was very difficult to find and not well marked.

Good location, very easy to access and also within walking distance of lots of place to eat in the Town Centre development. Decent sized room with a good bathroom and kitchen area. It was comfortable and with a decent breakfast.

It was as we expected, so nothing negative.

Clean! Staff let us check in a little earlier. The room had plenty of sitting space. The kitchen was well stocked!

The bed is much too soft!! Pillows should be better quality. Feather filled. Not polyester material. More like Fairfield Inn quality!

The property was great and I wish I could have stayed there longer.

I wish the wifi just had a password that I could connect to. Having to create an account and log on with multiple devices made things harder and too complicated.
