In my opinion, the room is spacious. The hotel is tranquil. The pool is fantastic. The food is satisfying. They were gracious when I asked to stay until 2pm and extended the checkout until 3pm.

What I don't like is that when we arrived at the hotel, nobody assisted us. We tried to approach the receptionist and he tried to call on his phone, but we waited there until we were one who removed the bag from the car to the trolley. The shower is leaking and spilling onto the outside floor. In addition, my daughter did not explore the play area because it was closed.

This hotel was exceptional. Right from the door to the room service and counter. I would give them 6 stars if I could . The hotel itself, interior to exterior, is just phenomenal. For the price, it is unmatched.

Check out was a bit of a issue as I had to leave around 4 am and no one was at the deck. So I just told the worker and left the key card on the table. They also weren't able to arrange a taxi for me the night before when j requested for 4 am. But at the time when I was leaving the workers around and offered me a taxi... Which was a nice gesture.

one of my rooms has Jacuzzi the water goes cold quickly. but if you go downstairs you can ask the guy in there to put the heating on for the pool and jacuzzi.

I had an excellent experience with the team at the hotel, especially Maha Alqarni, Ammar Alamry, and Raied Alzahrani, who were in the lobby doing their best to help me fix a mistake with my online booking. Although I originally booked a 4-star hotel, the service I received made me feel like I was staying at a 5-star. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding assistance! I’ll definitely be booking here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel design is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very spacious and comfortable.

Sometimes they would forget to send our water, toilet paper or someone to take the luggage down so we had to ask multiple times. Also it seemed like our room was a smoking room but we are nonsmokers and too tired to realise when we checked in.

Talaat the receptionist was very kind and helpful, The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. All the amenities were available as well as anything you may need in the room. The breakfast was okay

Some rooms didn't have windows but the staff can give you a room with windows, all you have to do is ask.

The hotel is good located. Big supermarket and a street full of restaurants nearby. Hotel personal are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and diversified. The room was very big and the best: there is a Starbucks inside!

The floor in the bathroom was cold compared to the carpet in the other rooms.

Customer service and communications as I've tried for weeks to arrange them a room for wedding night, but they gave me wahtsapp of the girl and she have her personal photos on and saw my messages but never responded back to my messages and in the end nothing happened. The guy at the reception was trying to upgrade my room but asked to give him cash so he won't charge for room upgrade - won't expect this kind of service from a big hotel so shocking, all I can say!

This place was amazing. I felt like a king, it had a pool, jacuzzi, gym, massage tables, sauna, laundry, room service, cafe, pretty much everything. There is a grocery store practically next door and a bookstore with electronics so it's a good place for a long stay or short. It smells marvelous throughout the building and the Quran is playing thoughout the halls.

The food I ordered from the restaurant was okay. At breakfast I told the manager I had to get my card from my room to pay. He proceeded to follow me out of the dining room as if I would try to walk out on a breakfast meal. Felt a little unprofessional and was highly embarrasing. Would have been nice if they could just charge it to my room like most other hotels I have been to. The staff was good but could have been better
