I recently had the pleasure of staying at the. G8 Luxury Hotel and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations.from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night sleep. The staff at the G8 Luxury hotel went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation, they were knowledgeable and helpful The restaurant offers a delectable menu with a wide range of culinary delights, the food was expertly prepared, using the freshest ingredients, and presented beautifully. The attentive staff made sure that every dining experience was enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend the G8 Luxury Hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and memorable experience making it the perfect choice for a staycation or a special occasion

I originally booked G8 because it's close to my grandparents' house, so very convenient to central Da Nang and walkable to the beach and shops, but ended up booking an extra night because I had such a great experience. Luxurious experience for a ridiculously affordable price, breakfast buffet is fantastic and changes daily, staff is so helpful and kind. They also booked an airport pickup for us (I recommend this as the taxi situation at Vietnamese airports are a nightmare) and the spa experience was more upscale than I expected! I would stay again and recommend G8!

all the staff very friendly, also in the morning very good breakfast, the hotel is very clean, the location is near by shopping center, me and my wife stay 3 weeks G8 hotel in Vietnam Da Nang, if next time going back visit, I will stay again, special (Tom) and he managed very nice and friendly, Tom - Managed helping us get the taxi drive take us to the airport. me and my wife very thank you ( Tom ) and he's Managed.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were clean and mattress firm. Bathrooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and variety changed everyday for the 4 days we were there. Reception area on 6th floor was big, with plenty of seats available. Swimming pool was nice, right at the roof top. Spa facilities were good too. Most staff are able to speak some English and they are very helpful and courteous.

Although the king bed was clean and firm, they didn't have a large enough bedsheet for it, so they used 2 bedsheets. It was uncomfortable as there was a crease/ line in the middle, instead of 1 smooth sheet. The windows were not sound proof, so even on the 8th floor, you could hear motorcycles and police sirens going past. The other room we booked faced the afternoon sun, hence it was a very hot room, even though the hotel gave us a card to permanently place in the slot to keep electricity on. At Level 1, to exit the hotel, at the doorway, there is an unpleasant permanent stench. The hotel rate is higher compared to some other hotels.

Room is clean and big. It is comfortable for 2 person. Water pressure is very good and we had very good shower. Wifi is fast and reliable. Breakfast is good Staff are very friendly. Hotel is just 10 minutes drive to the airport

A warm and cosy hotel. Staff are all so polite and helpful. We felt so at home, and just within 3 day's stay, we fostered and built a good channel of communication with one another. Needless we say, this will be our choice to stay on our next trip to Danang again. Good job and thumb up for the services rendered.

Apparently, we have to wait quite a while for the lift service. Other than that, there is nothing much to comment on..

Good location, walkable distance to the Han Market, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff helped book us into daily trips which went very smoothly. Very friendly staff from the security to the reception staff. Lovely hotel room, with adequate plug points, double bathroom and shower facilities.

The gym could have been stocked a bit better.

I value properties that are clean, well-maintained, and offer excellent value for money.

What I didn’t appreciate was being charged for a stain on the towel that wasn’t caused by us. In the future, I recommend thoroughly checking any towels before use. If you notice a stain, report it immediately to avoid any misunderstandings.

The hotel seemed quite new, its an entire complex of a shopping mall, offices etc and this is the hotel part. The room exceeded my expectations. Very spacious and clean. had everything you'd need plus more! the complimentary tea/coffee was great - you can enjoy a cuppa with the views from high up. Room has huge full sized windows and a good shower/toilet. lots of storage space, fridge, kettle etc. Hotel is very modern all throughout, has rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Breakfast was awesome! a good variety of items and buffet service. Hotel lobby is big, clean and modern. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I got myself into an issue in the city and the hotel staff sent their security right away. Underground parking is also available as well as motorbike rental 24/7. Location was very good, its in the centre and has everything you need. Ample of food places and shopping of all kinds. The street market is a few mins walk. People in Da Nang are generally helpful and friendly. Airport isn't too far off either.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a spacious room for 3 and it was clean, very comfortable and quiet. We slept very well. Breakfast was in a cosy and spacious dining hall and was interesting and delicious. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is superb as it was just a short Grab ride to Han Market and Con Market. We did not walk there as it was raining so we took a Grab which just cost VND33,000 each way. It is really easy to book a Grab car or board a taxi from Dragon Bridge back to hotel (after the bridge fire show on Sunday). This hotel is really value for money for the price we paid. I highly recommend this hotel for shopping, restaurant and sightseeing of Danang.
