I loved the location, room size, how kind the staff were, how cold the aircon was, daily free water everyday, the beach towels for lounging at the pool, that there was always a staff member around if needed, how friendly the other people staying there were. Loved it all. This was my second time staying here as a solo traveller and it will not be my last. I love this hotel, its so close to everything you need, walking distance from some excellent massage parlours, restaurants, bars and the beach! If you're on the fence for where to stay and want to be central while also having a quiet relaxing place to stay BOOK HERE!!!

The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean with nice balcony and view of the pool. Can’t fault them to be honest, for the money it was great. Staff were very friendly. The location was close to plenty of bars/restaurants. Maybe a little off the central area I think? But we found plenty of places to eat. Don’t be put off by the dark road if you arrive at night, felt really safe always. We had a lovely stay!

There was construction going on which started early although not the hotels fault. Also, the pool area was mostly blocked from the sun throughout the day so not great if you want to sunbathe. The hotel was very quiet which can be good if that’s what you want, but maybe lacking in a bit of atmosphere, will probably improve if restaurant reopens.

The safe wasn’t bolted down so I didn’t use it as you could just pick it up and walk away securing it would make it worthwhile and there was no hair dryer

Good location with shops and restaurants nearby and 15 minute walk to the beach. Good size rooms and bathrooms and nice pool. Cleaning staff helpful and polite

Bit more attention to cleaning needed. No hello or interaction from staff Dogs barking next to pool early each morning

Property was clean throughout and a perfect location. Pool was clean and other guests friendly. Never crowded. Staff friendly. We loved it so much we booked to stay for another 2 nights. I would stay here again.

When we was checking out, the reception lady asked us to wait whilst she went to check our bedroom. I can understand why, however I have never had this happen before so was a bit odd. But not a bother anyway.

The Staff were friendly, we arrived at night and she still handle us with a nice gesture. Room was clean, the pool and the water was awesome.

I didn't like the bed has like a sharp end. It hurts when we hit it accidentally, should have cover it with rubber or just make it round.

The place is quiet and location is good. The rooms are well kept, and I like the room's door made of glass and has good curtain. The room also has TV with movie channels.

The room is humid most of the time (could be a good thing for some people since Bali is so dry outside). The bathroom is clean but a bit old, especially the shower.

Everything. The rooms were big and clean with cold air conditioning and hot showers. We were worried about staying in Seminyak with a 5 year old but the hotels location is the perfect distance away from the noise but close enough that you can walk everywhere. The staff really made us feel at home and welcome. The atmosphere was really friendly and comfortable. We’ve stayed in luxury hotels and had horrible experiences so for the price of this place I can’t thank them enough for making our trip so enjoyable. 😊
