It was so clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay feel incredibly comfortable. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding service from Murrad and Anwar. They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it was answering my questions, or ensuring my needs were met, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and clean place to stay.

Tess didn't want to check me in early with my wife and kids. I had to explain there was a power outage and I'd really appreciate being checked in early. She wouldn't allow it until I revealed I used to work in hotels and explained to her if you weren't sold out the previous night then she should give my family and I the courtesy to be checked in early. Which she finally did allow me to do after what it felt like begging to be checked in. That was the worst part of my experience! My children even said she's rude. Better attitude Tess!!! Also try being more helpful and understanding up front!

The breakfast was fabulous! The staff was friendly and attentive.

The only weak point was that the toilet in the room was not flushing properly. The staff attempted to fix it with a plunger, but it didn’t work. We flushed multiple times each time it was used until we checked out. I reported this to the front desk as we were leaving and told them to call a plumber. They were very apologetic and apologized profusely. I explained that it would “appear” to work when empty, but would not with anything in it. Hopefully, it was repaired before another booking of the room. Our stay was perfect except for the toilet. Thank you!

Very pleasant staff, eager to please. Clean, comfortable room and easy access from the highway.

There was no light sufficient to read in bed and in general very little lighting in the room. It would be great to have one china cup to use for drinking water and coffee instead of the single-use plastic.

When checking in and the gentleman found out we were there for my brothers funeral he was so compassionate and when out of his way to make sure we had the room that would be best for us.

Great clean comfortable room. Breakfast was good and stocked well for a very busy weekend. Easy pleasurable front desk experience also

Propert was clean.

The pillows were terrible! Ran out of pancakes but would not open new bag because breakfast would be over in 15 minutes! Should be told if you don’t come to breakfast by 9:00 they won’t restock any item they run out of.

The entire staff was extremely professional and tended to our every needs. Our room was spotless and the staff was helpful and polite. Linda, the manager was so friendly and personable. We had great conversations with her and she gave us great tips on touring the area and fun things to do!

Very comfortable, staff is very friendly, the room was clean and quite, excellent to rest after a busy day.

Breakfast is ok, however, they could have more fruits.

The room was wonderful. We had a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub in the living room. It was a nice getaway.

And I didn’t like was that room isn’t available on booking.com
