The bed was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean. They had laundry service and a continental type breakfast which I didn't eat but glad to know it was available.

The pillows. I prefer a certain type of pillow. I didn't like the smell in my room once I turned the air off but remedied it with some spray. Wifi was also another thing that bothered me but remedied that with my hotspot.

We were here for a football tournament at IMG and had several families stay here. The staff was AMAZING. Took care of all of our needs and was always very friendly and accommodating.

Only issue was the beds were not regular size queen beds and were more of a full size. And right next to a main road where motorcycles drove by at 3am.

Breakfast was great, front Desk and house keeping personnel were very professional. It was worthy to stay at Home 2 Suite Sarasota and I sure recommend this property to me friends and family members.

They only offer house keeping once, during stays longer than 5 nights and every 5 days there after.

It was good, but wish it started at 5:45 since we had to leave for airport early

The front area was not private and was noisy with many quests sitting around and playing games. Our previous hotel had a quiet, clean, and pleasant foyer. The next morning when we went for breakfast, the tables had not been washed off and there was food and crumbs all over the floor (6am).

I liked that it is close enough to the Lido beach, to different stores Henry was very nice and helpful

Everything was amazing. Friendly and very helpful staff. Through all day you have a super service, hot drinks are served in lobby 24/7. It’s a big advantage. In our situation, we had an infant and for using formula - very useful to get hot water anytime! Amazing kitchen in your room: microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. Very comfortable sofa.

Just one thing was disappointed in our room. The carpet was so dirty, that you have to wear socks/slippers or to wash your legs a lot of times, because you’re leaving dirty prints on kitchen floor. And you’re felling like in not clean room. And of course for going to the bed :(

A modern and well located hotel. Nice and family atmosphere.

The breakfast had no variety and the coffee was cold. My family decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

The pillows were uncomfortable, I did not sleep well. Also in room 307 someone before us burned something in the microwave and the room smelled like it. We had two people come in and spray Lysol but it only masked the smell temporarily, there were no extra rooms to move to, so my mom had to wear a mask in the room bc it was bothering her sinuses.

The hotel was clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly. I didn’t experience any issues people complained about. Our room faced the highway and airport and we didn’t find it noisy. The accommodations are excellent. The bed was comfy, the sheets and comforters were soft and cozy. I loved having a full size fridge since we’d pack lunches for the beach most days. The bathroom was roomy, plenty of room for my makeup and toiletries and such. There was a nice variety for breakfast. Oatmeal, yogurt, omelets, breakfast sammies and waffles. The staff did a great job to make our stay a great one. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for vacation and this has been our favorite hotel in this price range.

The channel selection for the TV could have been better. I’ve stayed at other Home2 Suites that had a smart tv with Netflix and Hulu apps, this would have been a nice option for our longer stay.

We didn't try the breakfast. The room was really clean. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with dishes. Also a hot plate was available upon request. The hostess Ashley was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
