I liked the hotel. The room is comfortable. Everything you need is available. Foos is good. Staff are nice.

1. I warned the hotel in advance that I would arrive before 14:00. The hotel replied to me that it does not guarantee that the room will be ready sooner. I waited from 12 to 14 o'clock in the hotel lobby. After waiting for 2 hours, I went to see if the room was ready. But the room they wanted to provide us with a beautiful view on the 16th floor will be ready only in a few hours. At the moment, we could check into the same room, but on the 9th floor. The flight from Russia to China is very long, I was with a child, and we really wanted to sleep. We have to chose a room that was already ready. 2. The hotel is also quite far from the metro. It is inconvenient to walk to it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Comfortable, luxurious and clean. We had a top floor corner room and it was exceptional. Excellent pool and gym facilities.

It’s a long walk from any of the underground stations. We’d booked for 3 people (booking.com said our 15yo could stay free) but when we arrived we found we had to pay another £50 per night for him to actually have a bed. Fortunately we were in a position to pay this, but we might have come unstuck.

Great hotel as it's always the case with Ritz-Carlton. We'll certainly come back.

Just a few little suggestions to improve your excellent service: I've stayed at Ritz Carlton Niseko (Hokkaido, Japan) and they offer a great selection of free snacks and drinks in every room, which Beijing Ritz Carlton has not; plus the breakfast buffet was always out of smoked salmon and of some flavors of fresh fruit juices.

Quality of service. Consierge - !!!!! If you want really find a solution to support&enjoy your plan of the visit their support is SUPER

I enjoyed my stay the Ritz-Carlton and would stay there again. My suite was spacious and my favorite part was definitely the bathroom with the huge bathtub. I spent a lot of time relaxing there. The staff was also very accommodating and helped make my stay even more pleasant. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was mostly very Chinese-style but there were a few western options and everything was delicious!

My room was unusually hot and when I inquired about it, I was told that it was because I was in an East facing room, so the sun was making the room too hot. They asked if I wanted to change rooms but I still felt like there was something wrong with the air conditioning because it never felt like anything was coming out of the vents. Even keeping the curtains drawn the whole time, the room still felt very hot. This would be my only complaint because other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.
