The place is clean, comfortable and Jonathan and Sultan at the front desk are lovely and happy to help with any issue. There is good wifi, plenty of on site parking and a great cheap breakfast available. This is not the first time me and my family have stayed here as we were so happy after our first stay that we have kept coming and always love the warm welcome. Also there are swans!

The place is a little dated (think 90’s vibes), but I have been told they are working on renovating the rooms.

The location was stunning! We had a beautiful 2 level room overlooking the lake. We only booked this place as we were attending an air show nearby. I wished we had booked for longer as it was beautiful.

Not their fault but it was a bank holiday weekend and EVERYTHING shuts down! We came back on the Sunday expecting to eat in the restaurant next door - closed. We then thought we’d order pizza and a drink at the hotel which said it served until 9pm - closed! So our meal was bits out of the vending machine!!

Great check in, lovely location, rooms are fantastic especially as we were 1 adult and 4 children so paying for an extra bed meant we had an annex room and a duplex. The balcony is lovely, and beds very comfy. Breakfast was great, loved the bread and selection of jams, honey, pastries. The dog and budgies were also lovely 😍

There is very little to complain about. Maybe the balcony/ verandas are a little tired, but the that's about it

The view from the room is absolutely wonderful. A family of swans swam by while I was unpacking. Reception was very kind. The room is quite large with a lovely outside terrace. You can go for a little walk to or around the pond.

Breakfast is very basic but OK. The 'mezzanine' stairs in the duplex room was a little creaky which made it challenging not to wake the baby up so we were forced to go to bed at the same time :D

Beautiful bouquet hotel surrounded on three sides by a lake. My room was arranged as mezzanine with bedroom upstairs and living area below. Lovey view onto the lake. Fabulous Restaurant right next door. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is a 20 minute from the RER station.

The landscapes were amazing. Views of the lake with swans and ducks. Spacious room with interior staircase (bed upstairs). Silence. Room with coffee mug and ness. Spacious bathroom. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Lack of soap holder in the bathroom. Sink clogs.

The staff was really nice and the location is superb. Would definitely recommend 👌🏿

I think the rooms are quite sober and can use a bit more identity but the view really is the show stopper!

The bath when is full is leaking all under the bad and the carpet from the bath to almost the all room , but more in the bath side , Some off cheese taps are off date,

Successful one-day stay while visiting France. Beautiful surroundings and idyllic view from the window. In the vicinity of a very good restaurant, about which you will not find out from the Internet. Very good food and wine in the restaurant, but no one speaks English.

The facility needs refreshing.

The view is so beautiful from the balcony! Staffs are super! even the cat living in the lobby is friendly :))) unfortunately I don’t have much time to enjoy the lake and surroundings this time, I will definitely book again.

the toilet facilities and furnitures are a little bit old, but I don’t mind.
