The pool was wonderful, clean and warm! Beautiful view. The Staff was more than accommodating especially Steve who showed us around when we got there to Q in the office, she met us with the biggest smile every time we walked in or walked by the office, she gave us great suggestions on where to go from Cuban coffee to food. The kitchen in the room had everything needed and we had 2 bathrooms!!! Made it so nice to get ready to go out!

The pillow could have been a little less thick, need some softer ones, and the tv in living room part was older and did not even have full picture on the screen and no apps on that one. The bedroom one did but had to watch at an angle as it was not on dresser in front of of bed it was on the side one.

The property was gorgeous Ms well maintained. From the room to the pool area and the private beach. It was a picturesque location and also a little more secluded which I appreciated on this family getaway. 😎❤️🏝️

It would be awesome if they had a 24 hour lobby with check-in/out available anytime. We barely made it to check in cuz of the traffic we got stuck in on the way down. Also, the office didn’t open until 8 am so you couldn’t get hot coffee before then unless you brought everything you needed to make it with you in your room.

The view and dock were absolutely perfect.

The website about the bar was a little misleading. Locals were all smoking at the bar and not really on the water or even water view.

We liked the location and the room was very modern and clean. Each room has a view of the pool. The pool was very warm and open until midnight, which was great. We had 2 excellent meals at Habanos, which is right in front of Caloosa Cove, and we liked that they have a convenience store on property.

We had to switch rooms our last day due to a staffing issue, which was a little annoying, but they made it pretty seamless. The kitchen faucet in the first room only trickled out so we just bought paper plates so we didnt have to wash dishes. Also, the bed in the first room was very hard and it had a window air conditioner that was very loud and kept turning on and off all night, so we did not sleep well. The 2nd room had a built in ac unit that just constantly ran and a more comfortable king bed, which made for much better sleep.

A lovely resort on the beach. It felt very away from the crowds. The kitchen was obviously new and had everything we needed for easy meals. Our initial room had an AC that was not working well. The staff accommodated by offering a different room or to replace the AC unit. We opted for the former and were able to move right away into a different room. We appreciated their prompt response and ability to accomodate. And some outside renovations were going on. They did not pose any inconvenience and demonstrated ongoing improvement of the property.

Office hours were not strictly kept by the staff. They were usually gone an hour earlier than the posted hours.

This is our second time staying here. We like the spacious rooms and the well kept grounds. It is also a fantastic central location for exploring the keys.

The WiFi was not great. The pool area was under construction so there were the sounds of chainsaws most of the day. This would have been nice to know in advance. Bring your own hand soap and regular bar soap because only body wash and one flimsy bar of soap is provided.

The pool was excellent when there was too much rotting sea grass at the beach. The full kitchen was really wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean. The location was excellent for exploring upper and lower Keys. The two restaurants onsite had different offerings and were very convenient.

I wish the desk hours were a bit longer or a bit shifted, though they did have accommodations for later check in. A one-hour check in window was a bit tight. It was also unfortunate that they were not open more into the evening, nor was the convenience store.

Our suite was very nice and clean! It was even better than pictures. Entire resort was clean, well maintained and very quiet!

We had to use the laundry facilities while there. The room is not air-conditioned. We didn't want to leave clothes unattended so had to stand outside for entire wash/dry with nowhere to sit. It would be nice to have some seating outside of laundry!

The room with a kitchen had almost everything we needed, and it was very clean. The pool and surrounding deck made for a great place to relax, and the view was superb. The on-site restaurant was the best place we ate at while we were on vacation, tried a good amount of different meals and all of them were great and reasonably priced.

It would have been nice to have a small clothes dryer in the room, for swim suits and towels. Maybe this was onsite, but a water fountain to fill up water bottles.

The rooms were extremely clean and nicely situated on beach front. The pool area was always clean. The property was always kept very clean as well. The room was situated looking at the ocean with the pool in between. The room had ask the amenities you could want. The staff at the front desk was always accommodating.

Our bed was not made every day.
