We requested an ADA room, and it was really, really great for my 87-year-old mother-in-law, who has mobility visual impairments. The room was huge, and she was able to take a good shower for the first time in our trip thanks to the shower chair, hand-held shower head, and multiple grab bars. We were so grateful for that!

The train track is maybe 50 feet from the corner of our room. The train went by a couple of times before bed, and we thought it was going to come right in the room. Fortunately we didn't hear it in the night. I wasn't wild to see that the building has several rooms that have been converted to shops, with outside entrances. Also, it appeared that there are people living in some of the rooms long-term. Except for kids running around at breakfast and their loud mama, none of that impacted us during our stay.

My room was huge! Just perfect for me and my dogs. Very clean, comfy beds and great location right opposite a dog park. The staff were super friendly and while I didn't have any of the breakfast, my friend did and it looked very complete. A much better choice than staying in Olynpia or Aberdeen. This little town has character!

Everything was great. No complaints.

Large, clean room w very comfortable bed. Central location to the south side Olympic Nat Park (Quinalt), Grays Harbor, city of Olympia. Very supportive staff. Good restaurant (Fishing Hole) next door.

Didn't bother me, but should be noted that train tracks are adjacent to east side of hotel. Trains run 1-2 times each 24 hours. Sometimes late at night.

The Guest House is an average motel but with good staff, attention to detail and overall that made for a great experience. Rooms are on the large side, and the beds decently comfortable. Front office staff were more than willing to store our bicycles, which was a great gesture.

A bit of noise from the adjacent gas station (trucks arriving early) and the nearby road.

I was allowed to check in early. Breakfast offered hot food, not just a continental coffee and pastries. Gas station and place to eat in walking distance. Plenty of hot water. (Only a few days ago, I stayed at a place where water was room temp at best.)

The staff was friendly, courteous, and always available. Room was a good size for the price.

The train and although breakfast was tasty, it was the same for the full time I was there.

The staff was friendly and kind. We had luggage and were able to stay on the ground floor. Breakfast was good.

The unit upstairs made footstep noises throughout the night, lasting until 3 am for the two nights we stayed there.

The check-in was 24 hours, and it was a life saver for me arriving past midnight. Bathroom was very clean with a sanitized seal, which I did not expect for a motel at this price. Included breakfast was nice, it had hot food and drink. Stuff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend considering the price.

Quiet except the 3 am train and 7::45am train. Room was clean. Was able to park right outside the room. The hotel staff was super friendly.

Couldn’t open window. Latch to open was either broke or the hotel removed the latch. I really like fresh air and wasn’t able to have that.

Unlike a lot of hotels, they had a great selection of food for the complimentary breakfast; everything from waffles and flavored creamers for the coffee to bagels and oatmeal. The flowers out in front of the hotel, planted from seeds, were beautiful, and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a great meal at Fishin Hole Family Restaurant right across the parking lot.

It would’ve been nicer if the breakfast went from 7-10 AM instead of 6-9 AM.
