Since we were visiting Pittsburgh North for a week, appreciated having the full kitchen (with dishes and utensils, dish soap, paper towels, etc. but no pots/pans). Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. The exercise room and free laundry were a bonus. Downtown was an easy 20-30 minute drive in one direction; North Park/Hampton/Gibsonia/Hartwood about the same. Trader Joe's and a variety of restaurants within walking distance; Giant Eagle a few minutes away by car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a discrepancy in our final bill and staff/manager were helpful and professional.

When we arrived, our kitchen area was sticky, with a serving dish (dirty) left in the dishwasher. Rest of suite was pretty clean. Would have been nice to have a table where two people could eat meals together--as it was, one of us sat at the sofa and ate at the coffee table, the other used the desk and chair. Lots of choices for breakfast, but not enough healthy items.

I forgot how pleasantly surprised I was last time I stayed here; therefore, I was pleasantly surprised this time, as well! I really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet, clean, comfortable and certainly a value for the price. I love that the laundry facilities are no charge, except for laundry soap. The pool was open and very busy. There is a Texas Roadhouse next-door which makes it a convenient walk for dinner. The location makes it very accessible to shopping and other restaurants as well. They have a nice seating area out front with outdoor furniture and fire.

There were several boxes of supplies near the pool facility and elevator. I don’t like seeing clutter when I go to a hotel. I feel it should be tucked away from guests view.

Remote, quiet location, but still easy access to highway and not far from downtown. Proximity to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast area is pretty small, especially when the hotel is full, but food is varied and fresh, plenty of choices.

The business area computer was not working for the entire period we were there. I believe the note of apologies taped on the screen has been there for a while. Annoying...

I was a little surprised that the standards are not the same at all H2Suites. The staff at breakfast was very nice and explained almost everything.

Breakfast was not as good as it was in another H2Suites. Oatmeal had no toppings available, as I need to eat glutenfree, there were just a few options. Plain yoghurt and fruits were missing, and all the cups and plates were made of plastic. I would love to see more sustainability, not only with the towels.

Location convenient to shops, convenient full kitchenette, two office chairs for two of us Breakfast was good and I loved coffee availability Property was super clean Comfortable bed, firm mattress, complimentary bottled water.

Had to park in rear for midnight check in because front of lot was fully parked. Hard to walk around to front to check in

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast manager was helpful and interested in making sure everyone was well feed. Household staffer on our floor did an excellent job keeping the room clean.

Breakfast has gone from good to very good since we first stayed here still a few more fresh and healthier choices would be nice. However, the waffles are excellent- probably the best we have had at a free hotel breakfast.

The room was massive. I ended up getting an accessible room, so there was ample space. The kitchenette was fantastic to have, since I'm not a morning person and missed the hotel breakfast times.

There was a musty/very old smoke smell in the room. Enough that I went out and bought an air freshener.

There was a gentleman at that went above and beyond his duties. I know this is booking.com but he deserves to be recognized. I will contact the Hilton and have them hopefully reward him

I loved the ease of everything. Paid on line, came in and checked in.

Nothing, it was very good and had all the amenities and everything was close by. I will definitely be back. My son lives close by as well. I loves the area and it was clean and safe for is to go anywhere.

FIRST - the staff! They were consistently cheerful and exceedingly helpful. ALL of them. Loved the room size and its amenities.

The only downside was that the refrigerator - which was wonderfully large and would have been essential has we stayed longer -- while on was not getting cold. There was a good sized freezer separate on the bottom that was fairly cold and served us well to keep things cold. I failed to let the staff know - that's on me. I will call tomorrow to let them know that the problem exists.
