Villa Chinka really deserves 10, is a wonderful place. I truly hope that the management will read my negative feedback and improve on those points

1. Reception. staff needs more training… you can not hold the passports of the guests and give them back later … 2. pay attention to the carpets in the room 3. pay attention to the decoration pillows 4. one of the towels had a hole in it … not good for your standards 5. breakfast has to be improved 6. TV is not connected to internet… we are in 2022 !!!! 7. the service has to be more personalized… receptionist has to explain the guests about the breakfast hours … restaurant … and so on 8. PARKING SYSTEM IS YOUR BIGGEST MINUS … THE MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY … VALIDATION OF THE TICKET WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO US… 9. THE LOCATION IS ADULT ONLY !!!’ WHY WE HAD KIDS RUNNING IN THE RESTAURANT DINNER TIME ???

Place is amazing. Very close to everything. Large and incredibly well designed apartments, equipped with everything. Comfortable furnitures at balcony with awesome view and breeze. Exceptionally clean with daily fast and thorough cleaning and replacement. Beach and bar is very good with necessary food and drinks. Restaurant is very nice, food is very good and also is the service. One of the best 5 star hotels for last years - definitely in Bulgaria, but also internationally. Absolutely recommend it and definitely will visit it again soon.

WiFi coverage at balcony could be improved. More stricter adult only policy.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, very quiet and luxurious. The room was a good size and we particularly liked the furniture on the terrace and sea view. Can not fault the accommodation at all and the spa nearby was super. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall we were very impressed and will return. I hope that the points below will be addressed to make it perfect!

The food throughout the whole complex is poor. The Villa Chinka restaurant has very little choice for vegetarians and what they did have was tasteless. We did have a meal at the Monty which was good but Villa Chinka and the Italian restaurant on site were very disappointing. It was upsetting to see a small fish tank with lobsters crammed inside with their claws tied together in the restaurant. Totally inhumane. The pillows could be better. If we return we will bring our own.

The beautiful view of the Back Sea from our balcony! The Bohemian Decor in our apartment was so pretty and tastefully done. The hotel staff and restaurant staff made our stay a memorable one. They were all wonderfully hospitable! The food was exceptional and delicious. Being able to use the thermal pools was the best. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

Nothing negative to say.

I hardly ever assign a rating of 10, however, this place really deserves it. Great, boutique style hotel with great view of the sea. Nice decoration, well maintained. Can swim in the small bay. Great breakfast, not this cheap buffet, but a la carte plus any special wishes. Staff friendly, helpful and with good sense of humor. We visited end of May, still off season, and there were only few people at the beach and no loud music.

Everything is welcoming and you can enjoy relaxing days. Hotel beach is very nice and guests have their own VIP area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a nice service. Relaxing music with DJ from 4pm to 7:30pm. Hotel staff and manager always at hand for any question or demand that a guest can have. Breakfast is good and you can choose a huge variety of dishes. Outstanding views from each room. A lot of good restaurants around.

During weekends you have to book the hotel restaurant for dinner long before arrival as the restaurant, being in the hotel premises but having different owners, is always fully booked.

Every single thing in Villa Chinka was absolutely amazing 👏 From the great apartment to the restaurant,the menu, the staff and the atmosphere. Relaxing after few meetings. Great views to the Black sea and the private beach.Exeptional service on all levels.

Wow, what a nuce and comfortable place to stay. Location superbe: the Black Sea on your doorstep, staffing excellent, restaurant delicious fresh local dishes. If you are used to 5* hotels try this one for a good atmosphere aswell.

This is great hotel, small, boutique-type, with cozy and beautifully decorated spacios rooms. Very clean= There is amazing terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, made with love and high quality products!
