The location is amazing. There is shopping, food and transportation near by a bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was VERY friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was good except the pork links don't eat those other than that great breakfast options.

I wasn't able to connect to the WI-FI. Also we stayed for 4 days and right when I checked in I informed them of the tv remote not working. They never came so we had to manually turn on off the TV use the cable box to change channels etc. Not really a deal breaker but I wasn't pleased with the we will get someone there and it never happened.

I like the fact that the room is big. The shower is pretty roomy for too. The area is really quiet which is nice you can fall asleep easily if any little sound wakes you up. There’s a target close by so if you forget anything it’s really easy and cheap to go get it from there. I love it when it gives you the option to check in early.

There’s a lot of construction going on, which makes it a little hard to figure out. Where is the new temporary“front” is at. The beds there although nice it’s too firm on my body. It feels like I’m sleeping on a bunch of cardboard.

Accommodated perfect for my mom's difficulty with tubs the bathroom was exceptional in size with walk-in shower with seat and on the first floor. Front desk Staff was very help at our check in. And as we learned as we get Mom settled I had to use the restroom but with one twist and pull the knob to the restroom was now in my hand. 💡I noticed the cleaning crew still had their laundry door open and I immediately was met with maintenance who replaced the knob, but noticed there was probably too many paint layers as the door would rub. So other then that I'm glad the hot tub was working and warm my boys loved it.

The staff is friendly and attentive, love that we can sit outside our sliding glass door, large room, love the hot tub and laundry option. Breakfast is good.

It is hard finding the lobby entrance at first and it makes deliveries difficult. I am sure that it will be easier once the remodeling is complete. Also wish there was more handicap parking, but other than that we are highly satisfied here.

Everything about this property is fantastic. Absolutely love the location and the people are extremely friendly. We loved it so much. We stayed there twice.

If I had to choose something I would say the fact that the hallway we stayed in on our second time here was very dated and chipped paint. It felt like the door was painted shut. It was very stiff and hard to open and close. I know they're doing renovations on the place, here's hoping they do it on the rooms as well.

Room carpet smells bad.

I like the location. It is walking distance to a general merchandise store. It’s near the freeways and many food places. The property itself has a beautiful lobby, with great sitting spaces. The art they use on their walls are tributes to Hayward and other well known Bay Area places and attractions. Lastly, we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

There was only two things I noticed. The first one is how easily you can hear any noise made from the hallways. The sounds penetrate the room easily. The second issue was the water pressure. We were in room 346 and my children agreed that the water pressure was horrible. It hurts your skin.

The room and the lobby are great especially if traveling for work. I’m not a breakfast eater so I can’t express about that but they did leave out tea, lemon water and apples through the day which is a nice gesture. The lobby is a good place to study or get work done as it’s big enough to not be bothered by guest.

The gym was good but it was lacking cleaning supplies and the cable machine was broken on the right side. Also maybe adding some stretching mats would be great for floor work. I stayed on the far side of the building so wifi became an issue due to the distance from the base which made me have to use the lobby to connect to the wifi. The front desk overnight gentleman was ok but not too professional when I asked for help, I think because of the assumption that we were the same age. Good guy just maybe a little better customer care would be beneficial for elevating the workplace.

The security guy! Very intimidating and rude! We got there late and there were very few parking spots and it seems we parked in HIS SPOT. Totally unmarked. Was a real jerk about us moving our CAR RIGHT AWAY. So dumb as we had unloaded our stuff. He was in a big rush. Such a jerk. Wanted to argue
