The caravan was absolutely spotless and so homely. We were also super impressed the fact the caravan had a lovely bath and two showers. We were a big fan of being able to relax in the bath after a long day. The balcony on the front of the caravan facing the mountains is just perfect!! Also such a lovely touch to leave milk in the fridge and tea and coffee so we could make a cup of tea or coffee once arriving! Being able to park outside was so helpful as well. I’m a photographer and had to spend some time editing and working so being able to work whilst having those incredible views made it a lot easier. I would highly recommend for small families or a couple to stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely nothing! It was perfect for us!

Had a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities. The property was very clean and well-maintained. While there's no dishwasher or washing machine, a laundrette is conveniently available on-site if needed. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having milk, sugar, tea, and coffee provided on arrival—perfect after a long drive. A refundable £100 damage deposit was required, but the host was prompt in responding to all queries and extremely helpful throughout our stay

This was alovely caravan very clean and beds very comfortable two washrooms alot of space great field views.Nicola was very helpful quick replying to questions.Also milk tea coffee when we arrived all accessories. Wfi in caravan gpod but cant make calls signal not great.shop on site really good i would stay again.Made our family holiday really special.

Campsite quite pricey and needed more entertainment

Amazing holiday, perfect location even though the weather was bad it was so nice just to sit in the warm and look at the views and watch a film, free internet was greatly appreciated as most places charge. As soon as the sun came out we were 5 minutes from all the amazing beaches 🌊🌞

The property was lovely, tea, coffee, milk all left for us. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the bedrooms were both a good size, lots of little things made it special, being able to bypass all the booking in and waiting around was great, that’s always a mission after a long drive with children.

Nice restful break with family. Accomodation with 2 bathroom was fantastic. Good facility to use.Love the additional sunna and steam room facility at the leisure centre. Very helpful gentleman at the Nisa convenience store . Overall had a lovely time in Newquay.

Not as close to the beach as expected. Most of the facilities were a bit old.

Standard and cleanliness of accommodation was excellent. Location of accommodation and facilities on site were really good (with on site swimming pool access). Location to local beaches, shops and attractions (e.g. Eden Project).

Kitchen utensils could have been enhanced - e.g. proper serrated bread-knife, pizza cutter and bottle opener/corkscrew. Lack of instructions on how to use gas cooker, but we worked it out. Instructions on recycling facilities - there are none directly on site, but we did find recycling bins (for paper/glass/tins etc.) outside the entertainment centre adjacent to the site. Just a few suggestions to make a couple of minor enhancements to what is a really great accommodation.

Very clean modern caravan, great facilities. Host was very helpful before & during our stay making sure we had everything we needed, fresh milk in fridge so we could make a drink on arrival after a long drive. Would definitely recommend and stay at this lovely caravan again.

Great location that’s nice and quiet and just a few mins drive to get into Newquay and a ten min walk to porth beach. Highly recommended

We never used the on site club house as they wanted £40 for us to use the pub there so we just went the little mermaid pub right on porth beach which was miles better in the end

We stayed at a privately owned static caravan within the park itself and i expected an ok caravan, photos looked really nice and well presented. What we got however, was well above our expectations! Super clean, amazing furniture & fittings and decoration throughout, homely feel with a supply of essential milk, coffee, tea and sugar (a lifesaver when you arrive at 9pm after driving for 5 hours lol) Private car space right in front also top priority for us which was met.

Honestly nothing I can nit pick with this host and caravan.

Caravan was spotless, Nicola was so helpful from start to finish. The site has great family entertainment, swim pool and a little park it's close to Newquay and Newquay itself has loads to offer. The night time entertainment on site is great, bar and entertainment staff are lovely and reception staff ready to help. We had a baby with us and we were able to rent a travel cot from reception for £12 and the main bedroom is big enough to accommodate the cot. If you've got kids, that extra bathroom with a full bath is also a great perk!

Zero reflection of this accomodation but the laundry facilities of the site are a bit pricey, we stayed 10 days and came by plane so we needed a few washes, but otherwise no complaints at all.
