Very clean property and room with a nice pool. Short distance from everything in PCB.

The front desk lady was very rude but the night shift staff was awesome!

I had seen some reviews from previous customers that the staff was rude but everyone I had interactions with was so nice and awesome. It was about a 3 minute drive from the beach. My kiddos loved the free cookies in the afternoon...they were so yummy. We stayed a week and they didn't give me problem with extra towels or anything...we will definitely be back next year! Loved the extra discounts they gave for being customers there.

The only thing which didn't bother me much was the bathroom smelled a little like urine but I have 4 boys so I'm used to it lol! The room did have kind of a wet dog smell but I'm sure it's because people come in wet from the beach.

We stayed in room 402 on the 4th floor. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were great they served scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, breakfast sausage patties, fried bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, white and chocolate milk, hot coffee, orange, apple and pineapple juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal, a variety of breads, bagels, muffins and snack cakes. The location was good the beach and all of the stores were close by.

They dont tell you before hand that they will charge you a $50 deposit incase you damage their property. I found this out while I was checking in, but you suppose to get the money refunded back to you. The water did not get hot enough and you had to let the water run 10 minutes before it got a little warm just to take a shower. We kept losing power in our room when it would rain but it came back on quickly. The wifi was horrible it didn't work. The AC didnt cool off the entire room like I'd hope it would. It was cool just in the area by the unit but it was warm by the bed.

I like the location which is a short distance to restaurants and attractions. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast is a bonus especially for the price we paid for the room. And the room was spacious. We had the king room and had the sofa bed where the kids slept. Most of the staff are friendly and very respectful as well.

So, we stayed for 5 nights and didn't expect our room to be cleaned everyday. But we asked for cleaning on our third day and I'm guessing they were short staffed that they weren't able to. I took the old towels at the front desk and they were happy to replace it with fresh ones. The guy was very nice and apologized for the room cleaning we didn't get. Also, the breakfast area is way too small. You might wanna get there early to have a table available or just grab food and eat in the room.

Bath needs updating with stain removal. No wifi.. Bedroom excellent.

Mom & Daughter/Grandson Getaway!!! Our 3 day stay was good. The beds was comfy pillows good and fluffy. Close to everything but far enough we're u don't hear all the teenagers traffic The hot breakfast was very helpful and grandson loved the little waffles u make in the waffle iron. The soundproof rooms was great!!! My grandson is like me any little noice we hear wakes us up and we can't sleep at places because of this BUT we did sleep pretty good with y'all so GREAT JOB on that Security guard that walked around the parking lot at night was very nice and welcoming He walked up to me, told me who he was and asked if everything was ok and if I needed any help (cause I was standing by my car waiting on daughter to come down with my keys)

Housekeeping NEEDS BIG IMPROVEMENT!! Our room had NO towels, wash cloths, hand towels,NOTHING. Housekeeping NEVER came by to make our beds or get trash or anything. They should have knocked and asked if we needed anything. For the price we should been able to take a shower without asking for towels,wash cloth, bath mat and our trash took out. They never came by not to make our beds exchange all the dirty towels for clean or to get our trash. Housekeeping needs to step up!!! For the price of the 3 day 2 night stay and we had to ask for towels so we could take a shower Was very disappointed VERY!!!!!!!

Absolutely everything. From the minute we walked in to the hotel, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was very informative and patient with our big family. The staff tending to breakfast was so kind, she went above and beyond! We were also so appreciative of the housekeepers. They were wonderful about getting things we needed for our room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book here again!

The only issue was the entrance is hard to find at first but that was it. No other complaints.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were there for three nights. The hotel was very accommodating The breakfast buffet was delicious and the grounds were really clean.

Parking was a huge issue not enough parking spaces. We tried to park in a different location next door to the hotel and the business next door threatened to have a car towed. The housekeeper never checked our rooms we were there for three nights and had to go to the front desk for extra towels. A little disappointing but we best stayed at this hotel a few times before and had no issues

Very clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious, not cramped at all.

We got in late, the person at the front desk wasn’t rude but was not friendly AT ALL. We were exhausted and went right to bed and didn’t notice that we had NO TOWELS until my BF got out of the shower. He had to dry off with the ONE hand towel he found. The fridge only worked one night so we had to throw out our food we brought. And breakfast, although we have had worse, was disappointing. Juice machine not working, the sausage on the first morning was questionable as to whether it was done or not,what was provided as coffee was basically hot, colored water and every LaQuinta we have stayed in has had a variety of creamers—they had half and half.

Breakfast was great, except the sausage, I don't know kind it was but it was spongy and tasted horrible, other than that the breakfast was hot and fresh

Some of the staff were rude, asking for towels was like asking for a miracle, got eyes rolled at us and moved slowly, not all staff just certain ones, but we ran into a man on the elevator who asked us how our stay has been, we told him about the towel situation and he immediately got us plenty of towels and wash clothes. Sink in room stayed clogged up, I went to let them know, they brought a plunger and said they would have to come back in morning to fix it, but they never showed up, I consider these minor things and we enjoyed our visit
