I love the location. The value for the cost was more than I expected. Samsara is well worn, however it is worn in a comfortable at home feeling. Snorkeling right in front of the property was excellent. I snorkeled a couple of times everyday and saw at least 22 different types of fish and two types of stingrays. Samsara has an awesomely relaxing atmosphere.

My only problem with Samsara was that I didn't get the rooms that I booked. I booked two of the garden side cottages. When we arrived there was only one cottage available. They upgraded us to two ocean view rooms side by side. The view was beautiful, however, the rooms were the old fashioned, tight for space, only room for two chairs on the balcony type of rooms. With 6 adults, it was a squeeze. The garden side cottages have bigger rooms. They also have bigger deck areas which accommodate 6 adults better.

The location and main facilities were awesome. Loved the grounds of the main resort.

The Bungalows are across a VERY busy street. There are no indications of this in the booking process. So you don't stay on the main grounds. Had a giant rat run through our room night two...They made it right and upgraded us to the newer portion of the facilities. We like to experience different restaruants, as such we didn't take advantage of an "All Inclusive" package. While service was top notch, breakfast was just ok. Dinner at the resort is good, but one night was enough.

Room in the new building was beautiful. Incredible views. The staff is excellent. The food is great as I love local fare. I opted for the all-inclusive which I may not do next time as the drinks are not as good, the house liquor is very weak. But the staff is the best!!

Weak drinks in the all-inclusive menu. Harsh lighting in the room, no lighting over the mirror in the bathroom made it hard to put makeup on before dinner. But none of this spoiled my good time!

The location is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very accommodating and I felt like I was in the best hands while being there. I love that everything feels very close and that the views of the ocean were amazing .

I wish there was a little more water pressure , how ever this is my first time out of country and to a country that just got hit by a hurricane . So I didn’t expect much. The WiFi was only available for one day and the second day it was out the whole time. Again very understandable after a hurricane. Nothing anyone could do for me either and nor did I ask for any assistance for either.

The location was an absolute dream and the staff was super helpful. Just the fact that we are able to snorkel at our own leisure is a such a bargain with how much you’ll end up spend on a catamaran excursion to snorkel

Everything was great; however I do see reviews about staff “not being friendly” lol what a joke. What matters to me is that they help u with what you ask for. Not everyone is going to kiss your butt or smile, but they will NEVER SAY NO; and THATS what matters! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS!

it is very clean and comfortable however I didn’t really meet any of the staffs but the man that escort me to the room he is pretty much nice, I didn’t get the chance to use the restaurant, bar or pool, however it was an couple trip and it ended up turn out to be business as I got busy and has to run, but I surely will be coming back soon

the mi I fridge wasn’t stacked even though it wasn’t an all inclusive resort it should have t least have water in the fridge .

The ambiance was great. The location is spot on. Perfect. Scenery perfect, very ideal getaway. The food was awesome! We felt like we were on a little island. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. The pool was great. I appreciate Miss Jennifer at that front desk, very helpful.

On the low side, I was expecting a refrigerator as displayed on the online Samsara site. However, that was not the case. Some clarity is needed on the site to indicate that certain rooms are not furnished with everything. This was a big letdown because we chose that particular room package to roam the areas of Negril and return with parcels of food that we could refrigerate our cold food items, however, we were not able to do so. All-in-all we worked around it. Rooms need THOROUGH cleaning NOT JUST THE OBVIOUS PLACES. Who wants a dirty fan with cob-web blowing at them?

The rooms were large with lots of storage to unpack our cases. Great traditional Jamaican food, with the choice of basic food for the kids, like pizza. The staff were also great at putting us in contact with local businesses for excursions and activities and taxis.

Although we new the hotel was a 3 star, there was so much scope for them to raise that rating. Such as: Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, hairdryers in the rooms, Beach towels in the rooms, Daily bottles of water in the rooms, evening activities, such as a band or quiz or bingo etc. The rooms were a little dark, due to small windows. More outside dining. More regular shuttles to the beach.

I like the fact that the manager Mr. ARIEL stepped in to meet my expectation and allowed me the privilege of a fantastic anniversary. Thanks to him one in a million time i would visit again with better knowledge of the property.

I did not like the fact that the internet showed me a total different imaginary of what I was expecting, but upon arrival changes where made to allow me a more suitable choice of what I had booked for. Also please to call and ensure guests are all comfortable to settle in before upon arrival or if they missed there check in timings.
