The property really was adorable, in an old building along a little alley with winding stairs up to the rooms. I didn't mind using a shared toilet down the hall or a shared shower up the stairs -- that added to the charm. Best things about this hotel: one, the staff, who were extremely friendly, helped us store our bags after we checked out, and answered all of our questions even though we didn't speak French; and two, the location, which is easily walkable from every landmark in the middle of Strasbourg.

Just a note for travelers with limited mobility that the reception is up a flight of stairs from the front door, and the showers may be an additional flight of stairs above your room.

We stayed at Hotel Patricia for 2 nights and only needed a place to spend the night since we were exploring Straßbourg throughout the day. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was superb. We were able to walk everywhere from our hotel. Still, it was quiet at night so that we were able to have a good sleep. The staff was very friendly, and both our room as well as the shower were clean. Considering the price, we could not have been mich happier.

Our doorknob fell off frequently which wasn't a huge problem but annoying nevertheless

Lovely old building full of character. Room was large with high ceilings, comfortable and light with two large windows over looking a courtyard. Some parts of the hotel were being renovated, the shared shower room was modern and bright. The communications from the owner were clear and we had no issues finding the hotel or our room.

Did not see any staff, so we couldn't really rate them for friendliness. We had not realised the shared bathroom was on the floor above, (but there was a small WC on our floor, in a hallway just off the main staircase) so we had to pop up occasionally to see if it was free (not in use by another guest). No real bother though.

Perfect location in the heart of Strasburg old town surrounded by beautiful streets, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful historic building with lots of character. Very easy to do the self check in. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.Would come back and recommend to others😊

Newly redone. I've had 3 star accom come no where near the overall experience. Perhaps there are rooms left to be renovated but if not, I've no idea why any negative comments would arise. The value for price was outstanding

Perfect location, in the heart of Petite France, though in a quiet side street. Peaceful and picturesque view on roofs of old fachwerk houses from the windows opening to East and South. The room in this old building was seemingly brand new, recently refurbished, with taste and in very good quality. The communication with the hotel online was fluent.

For me it was not a problem, but senior people or families with small children and/or difficulty to climb stairs should be aware that there is no elevator, and the staircase is steep and old (at the same time authentic). Though check out is allowed till 11 am, the room maid tried to enter twice before 10 am.

Nice and quiet. Despite having a room with a shared shower and bathroom, the shared shower is the nicest I’ve ever had.

A) Samanta, the receptionist, was truly friendly and available for help. B) Althought old-fashioned style, the hotel offers everything a person might need. C) As a three-star hotel, it had comfy beds and mattresses along with nice pillows. D) The shared bath came with pleasing hot water at a proper pressure. E) Shared toilets were really clean F) Just 5-10 minutes to major landmarks

A) The floors and stairs were creaky and noisy B) For me, the price for one night was 58 euros, which should be cheaper for such accommodation.

Centrally located this boutique old property is creeky but has a old world charm. Comfortable stay, equidistant to all attractions. Warm welcoming staff. Detailed instructions on arrival n codes. Overall cozy place and definitely value for money for budget stay
