the facilities were great. we stayed in the villa with a private pool and it was a good size for 3-4 people. staff were attentive and helpful

the games room and bike hire should be included in the price of the rooms.

The pools are amazing especially if you have kids. Main infinity pool open to 8pm (rest close at 6). 3rd pool from the top is very deep so great for a dive and swim. Pools are heated (great as weather was on cooler side). Fun games room, most of them free, including air hockey, pool table, racing and motorbike games. Villas are very comfortable and you get your own small pool out the front, great for late night swimming. Buggies free and simple to book (just call to reception). Staff are great, friendly, helpful. Buggy staff and restaurant staff are excellent and so lovely. Pools are very clean and well attended by lifeguards

Expensive to eat here. Everything you buy has an extra service charge attached. Bikes are for rent only and bowling is advertised but extra cost and expensive. Main meals on the menu are 3-6 times the cost compared to our other stays.

We stayed in beautiful villa with pool. Villa was clean and very comfortable. Buggies were always quick to arrive at villa and bring us to breakfast or the pool. Breakfast had plenty selection. Loved the plunge pool at sunset and our son at in at the kids pool. Kids pool was always supervised by lifeguards. The app was really useful and guest services were quick to respond. We were able to contact them from pool when we misplaced our key card.

The kids pool needs renovation. The anti- slip is almost gone in the pool and kids fall easily. The path up to the slides is breaking away into little pieces which can be found all over the pool.

We rested for 15 days at the end of June. The weather was sunny. It rained one day. The hotel is very beautiful and very comfortable. The service provided by the team is at a very high level. Any of our questions were solved instantly and with a smile. The territory of the hotel is very large for walking and enjoying the scenery. A hotel for family and romantic holidays. There are five swimming pools on the territory and a sixth in our villa. We had a large villa of 160 meters, two adults and two children were very comfortable! We lived near restaurants and walked. The transfer to the exit to the road arrived in 5 minutes, great! The restaurants have enough dishes for every taste. The pools are clean and safe. Everything was great! I would especially like to mention the help from the Tuankendy Nguyen hotel employee. Thank you for supporting us 24/7!

Outside the hotel, the city is dirty, and there is nothing to see there. The beach is far away and you will have to take a taxi. If you want to find a place with attractions near the hotel, then this hotel is not your option. This hotel is designed for a quiet and very comfortable family holiday by the pools.

The grand scale of the resort is so lovely, it's panoramic views are incredible. The facilities are outstanding for families. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. The Pho broth in the mornings were definitely a highlight!

The location is beautiful but can be a little boring if you don't have anything booked. The sand dunes nearby are a bit of a tourist trap and the one road leading to the resort is where most of the restaurants are. We had to constantly wait for buggies as we were right at the back of the resort along the "river" pool.

We came on weekdays and everything was great. We saw few negative reviews when booking the hotel and did not know what to expect. However, upon arriving, we were so in awe of the resort. The facilities at the resort were incredible. The pool was amazing, we did not have to wait long for the buggy, our room was clean. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.

No vegetarian option (i.e. Pho). Please do consider having vegetarian options for those who do not take meat / muslim. In addition, please fix/service the bicycle. We had to pay to rent it but the bikes broke down on us few times. Should have refunded partial of the money to us because the bikes were not functioning!

The Centara Mirage Resort in Mui Ne, Vietnam is an absolute gem! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in one of their luxurious 2-bedroom villas, and we were blown away by the experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the service at this resort is truly top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the personalized attention throughout our time there, we felt truly pampered and cared for. One of the standout features of the Centara Mirage is the stunning infinity pools. The views from these pools are simply breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful coastline of Mui Ne. We spent countless hours relaxing by the pool, taking in the serene surroundings and soaking up the sun. The breakfast buffet at the resort was also a highlight. With a vast array of delicious local and international options, there was something to satisfy every palate. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere in the dining area was both elegant and inviting. The villa itself was truly luxurious, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony offering stunning views. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings was evident, and the overall ambiance created a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

One aspect that we would feedback on is the number of children at the resort. While we understand that it's a family-friendly destination, there were times when the noise and crowds of children made it difficult to fully relax and unwind. Perhaps the resort could consider implementing some adult-only areas or designated quiet zones to cater to guests seeking a more tranquil experience.

Excellent stay. Beautiful villa. Extremely friendly staff that accommodated every request or need that we had. Lots to do within the resort. Kids club and playground were excellent. Definitely one of the most premier and relaxing stays we have had anywhere in Vietnam.

- Breakfast was alright. Very busy. Nothing special. - The resort was quite crowded. Long times to wait for buggies to come pick you up to get around. - The kid's pool was not in great condition. My kids didn't seem to mind, but it was quite dirty and lots of pieces of the floor were missing and/or floating around.

We stayed for one week over New Year. The resort is beautiful, so much to do for the children. Kids Club, arcade, karaoke, ziplining and much more. The resort is big, but there is a very reliable buggy service that will take you wherever you need to go. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic and changes regularly. Kids' breakfast station was a hit with the kids. We stayed in the one-bedroom pool villas and it was very spacious and it was absolutely amazing to have your own pool after a day at the beach or at the swimming pools It is very family-orientated resort, villas, kids' clubs, themed restaurants, and family-oriented activities make this a great choice for a multi-generational getaway. Diverse Dining: Indulge in international cuisine at multiple restaurants, from fresh seafood to Western and Italian specialties. The villas and pools are cleaned daily and the service from all the staff around the resort is world class. The views from the pool bar were spectacular.

The bowling was out of order for the entire week as well as most of the arcade machines. The kids looked forward to this entertainment, but it was not available.

The Centara Mirage was amazing. It’s huge, built on a hill with amazing views. I’ve never stayed somewhere so big, like a resort where you don’t need to leave. They have 5 different swimming areas, from kids shipwreck/slides to deep waterfall pool, and top infinity pool with swim up bar. There was an indoor play area for little ones, an outdoor playground with carousel, and gaming area. And buffet breakfast was delicious

The resort was very big, and busy on the weekends. It was much nicer Monday - Wednesday where we almost had all the pools to ourselves! I couldn’t fault anything but the big type resort wouldn’t be our choice in the future but it was great to experience this place. FYI you do have to pay extra for quite a few things, like the arts and crafts, bikes, bowling, arcade games, but that was ok.
