The location is nice…albeit the surrounding downtown is a bit rough. It’s very well maintained. Free parking. And the restaurant served surprisingly good food. There is a nice turf patio along the waterfront.

My room keycard kept getting de-magnetized no matter in its sleeve or with nothing else touching it. Definitely needs EV charging which is a must considering its California. My rental was an EV because thats all they had available. So it would nice charge overnight. The bed while somewhat comfortable seem a soft for my liking. The shower is very slippery and they give a bathmat.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The fact that I could bring my dogs along made everything so much easier. I stopped here from Portland on my way to Yuma Az to take care of my mother, a very stressful time. My stay was relaxing, quiet...just what I need to recharge after a long day of driving with one more long day of driving to go. It didn't hurt that they're located so close to a drive-thru Starbuck's :)

While the hotel is located right downtown and in a good pocket, Stockton can be a little shady. I wish parking were on the same lot as the hotel. Parking is very close and just across the street, however I would've loved to have been ON hotel property.

Great outdoor space - the pool was lovely. The food was good and reasonably priced and the drinks/wine were good quality. We stayed twice over 2 weekends and had great service both times. It’s lovely looking over the river. It’s right next to the baseball stadium (we did go and it was fun) which means you get to see the fireworks when they have them. It was lovely to be able to sit on an evening outside with drinks whilst the kids played. Will definitely look to book again when we next come to Stockton.

The staff were polite and very helpful.Rooms, bathrooms,and hallways were spacious with good light, especially if you travel with elderly or disabled persons. It was easy to get in to check out and park without congestion. There was room to have a nice peaceful walk on grounds and the small adjacent park by the water.

My daughter felt have mattress has to firm.

1. Customer service, had an issue with the heater and they were quick to inspect it and move me to another room. The maintenance worker even turned the heater on in the new room to be sure it worked properly before moving us. 2. Flexibility-I usually get to the hotel the morning g of checkout and they are always accommodating.

I called late in the evening on 1/18, Wednesday, looking to find a hotel to book for my mom who was traveling unexpectedly down from Oregon to Los Angeles. She had her dog with her and just needed a place to rest after many hours on the road. Paul at the front desk helped me get the reservation set up over the phone and ensured she didn’t have to worry about the check in paperwork or payment when she arrived. I can’t explain to you after the day we had how wonderful it was to have a kind and caring contact to help. For background my mom’s mother (my grandmother ) become unexpectedly very sick Wednesday morning and was sent to the emergency room- my mom didn’t start the day expecting to drive 14 hours down the I-5 but that’s how it ended. Being able to rest easy knowing my mom was in great hands and in a clean, safe room overnight was the most I could have asked for. We will certainly come back in the future and we can only hope it’s Paul who can assist us again!

the only complaint my mom had was parking was a bit of a hassle.

The pool and the outdoor seating was great. Our room was large enough for a roll away bed. The beds were comfortable. We could walk to nearby restaurants.

It was very busy as a sporting event was going on but staff did their best to get people checked in quickly. The drive through lane for loading and unloading was blocked off which was strange because it required that you backup to get to the parking lot. It was an expensive place to stay.

The courtyard was excellent, we were staying for a soccer tournament and it was a beautiful area for families to relax and hang out after the games. The restaurant was open and we had dinner, it was also great, the menu had many options and kid friendly.

The room was clean and well decorated

The bed was not very comfortable and if more than one person sat on the foot end of the bed, the mattress would raise up. Checkin and parking were a mess due to an event at the civic center near by. Cars lined up just to get to the building and a congestion of people walking to the event. As we were in line to checkin, we had to listen to the very loud noise coming from parties in the restaurant right next to the lobby. We didn’t have time to checkout the amenities such as restaurant and waterfront. Lastly, there was quite a bit of noise in the hallway while we were trying to sleep.

Nice view of the river from the huge bar area. Pool area was large and nicely furnished. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the refrigerator was larger than usual. Overall, a great stay. I will definitely return!
